Which third-party service or services are you using for this? I don't like that users have to compromise their privacy by telling you the country and (sometimes) the state they live in. Since transactions can be placed on "hold", this buy option is a custodial feature. And since there is a "hold" option on the seller's side, is there also a possibility that they may ask the buyer to undergo KYC?

I checked offers in my country and the options shown are Transak and Moonpay so yeah it's from exchanges where there will be KYC/AML regulations. As far as I checked the payment modes are Visa/mastercard/Apple pay and google pay and things might differ with different regions but I doubt people focused on privacy will be using this feature at all?

Ginger Wallet, you should integrate with Trocador for buying Bitcoin, at least with other altcoins. It is a great privacy friendly exchange.

I was thinking something more on the lines of a LocalMonero style marketplace for people who want to sell Bitcoin to hook up with the buyers from inside the wallet software itself. That way, any payment method is possible as it's all P2P.

Though I disagree with the restriction placed on users not being able to choose their own/preferred coordinator, the efforts behind the regular releases and updates are to be commended. Congratulations on the new features for those that use Ginger Wallet.

If Ginger Wallet keeps innovating with features (especially since Wasabi Wasabi is releasing updates that could be implemented directly in Ginger Wallet) it will remain a player in coinjoin software.
