It might be good news to raise the threshold from 0.01 BTC to 0.03 BTC but you have made the concession very late, you should have reacted sooner. Kruw coordinator has consistently been at the top and as you can see Open Coordinator is way ahead of the 24 hour coinjoin numbers that Ginger Wallet is processing.
Both Kruw coordinator and open coordinator are totally free and I think that reflects in the fact less people want to pay to use Ginger Wallet when they can get better coinjoins for free.
