I agree with you, since the major issue has been resolved but given how different we are different here, some members take long to remove their tags. I think I will oppose the flag after some few days if it still remains active.

Looks like he learn his big mistakes here, but the thing is that he paid everyone.

But looking back, he should just hire a competent campaign manager and that's it, everything will be smooth, although it started at the wrong foot, I think members here will give him a second chance if all things are corrected by him and his project.

I will probably withdraw support for the flag, now that everyone has been paid, but what we have here is a fucking scammer who has run a shitty campaign with low budged, who has plagiarized and has been banned for it, who hasn't paid several members because he didn't want to, and who has only done so in the face of community pressure with the flag and red tags.

Wow, I hope whoever banned them would allow them to send PMs. I remember similar cases in which personal accounts were not banned *for the benefit of the forum* (banning signatures for a certain period), let alone commercial accounts.
Overall it's the end of the story and it's good that this campaign showed the bad sides of the service, they had a long history of complaints at Trustpilot.

And what they have to do now is to create a thread for appeal. And beg the community to give them second chance to come back to do well. Because even they hire campaign manager the reputation of the company is not yet clear because of the mismanagement of the campaign.

The manager was trying to scam their campaign participants out of their payments, but so far there's been no complain that the exchange has scammed anyone, so it is different from the 1xbit case. That being said, i don't know how close the manager is to the actual exchange team, but with the way they behaved whilst running their signature campaign, i'd be sceptical about using their exchange and i advise everyone to be as well.

If they could withhold the payments of their campaign participants, who is to say they wouldn't seize your money without explanation if you use their exchange.

Those who ran to advertise this company saw only earnings ahead of them like a carrot, but never found out what they were going to advertise. When there is a warning regarding plagiarism by the company, I think that should be a consideration for all campaign participants. they did not have good intentions in planning the company from the start. defrauding campaign participants or users of their platforms, it may only be a matter of time.
So the choice is that they want to support a company that has clearly committed plagiarism and this has been proven by the representative's account being banned. or ignore the company.

I wonder if they will come back. Before I first applied to the signature campaign, I posted a reply to their campaign asking if they were scams or not. According to their background, I thought it would be scam. But they said no, it would not be scam. They will run it. Then they accepted, like, 30 people. But in the first week, they come online and run a campaign. After the weekends, they start making excuses by paying some people. That is why I posted on deputation. I'm glad everyone got paid for my posting and their trouble. It worked for what I did the post for. I have suspected them since the beginning. And were my suspicions correct

I am sure whoever took the bold step to hit the hammer of ban on cryptomus must have been convinced that they are scammers. Although they were banned on the premise of plagerism, but nowadays people hardly get banned because of plagerism as they get second chance. If a non commercial account could have a second chance let alone a commercial account. Their ban is a sign that things are not right with the project. Now, if they are to return, they'll likely come with a new domain name and new platform because if cryptomus reappears, that'll be considered as ban evasion as nutildah had said.

The very moment I knew things will not go well with them was when they refused any manager to manage the campaign, even when offered no cost management.

They have already tarnished their image and it will be difficult to rebuild their reputation. Won't coming back through another campaign manager be ban invasion since the account that was banned looks like an official account of the exchange. They might just seek other means of promoting the exchange maybe in social media and other crypto platforms. A platform that steals someone's intellectual property cannot be trusted.

The manager was unteachable and failed to accept some useful advice. He messed up the campaign and this led to a scrutiny of his account. If he had effectively managed the campaign, maybe his plagiarism wouldn't have been discovered. But it was good that it was uncovered because it became clear that they cannot be trusted. The appeal should be for a ban for plagiarism and not for mismanaging the campaign.

To be honest, we don't know who was behind that account. Maybe it was some official Cryptomus person acting stupidly, or some random social media agency they hired.  Who knows.  Either way, the plagiarizing and mismanagement are undeniable and the damage to Cryptomus's image is already done.

I guess bringing in some new campaign manager could help them not screw up as bad in the future.  But that doesn't really fix the underlying issue of trust. Cryptomus has gotta prove they actually care about transparency and accountability and respecting other peoples intellectual property.

I do think they'd be allowed another shot if they come back with a new representative, they could even hire a reputable campaign manager to run their signature campaign in the forum. The problem for them is rebuilding customer trust, once broken, it is hard to fix, though i have seen platforms that started off on a bad note here (one being bestchange), but turned out to be a reputable platform, so Cryptomus exchange has a chance, but not an easy one.
