Did you try talking with BC.GAME account in bitcointalk forum?
I think that manager icopress is working with BC.GAME and he is also from Ukraine so you can ask him to help you with this problem and speed up things.

OP can find more alternatives to solve his problem. If the manager won't be able to help because it's not part of his job anymore, then he can't do anything about it, but at least he'll try. I've seen some campaign managers before who don't tolerate the bad behavior of a casino (i'm not referring to BC.GAME). For example, when there's a scam accusation against a casino with evidence presented and they don't respond, their operation becomes shady. In such cases, the manager takes the initiative to contact the casino, and if they still don't respond, the manager would stop working with them.

Hello i am currently living in Ukraine, after winning some bets i got a notification from BC GAME to complete advanced KYC. I tried 1 time with my national passport, in Ukraine we have a book format of passport. After submitting everything i got a notification that my KYC is failed for not even mentioning a reason. I opened a chat with support and they reseted my KYC and i tried again. Second attempt was with my foreign passport and again i failed. Is it a way that can help me to finish KYC process ?
Live support are keep on telling me we are waiting for updates
Have you asked the CS if your country is allowed to use their platform? During registration, were you told that KYC is mandatory to withdraw funds? If the answer to this is yes, then you would have completed the KYC before making deposit into the platform. That casino is big so they should have a clear TOS that outlined the procedure for KYC and all necessary details to avoid a situation like this. I still feel there is something you did not do correctly. The best you can do is to contact their CS again and ask them specific questions on how to resolve this issue.

I don't know if OP sent them a message on that very day I also suggested to him the profile. In fact, that the day their account last logged in here. Maybe they didn't receive new messages, so I am going to notify them.

I think more improvement needs to be done in terms of support response speed such that some of these accusations that are easy to resolved don't drag on for so long there by creating a negative impact on the brand in the long run.

What I do most times and it works with face verification is to work on my camera settings and also making sure that the environment that I want to scam my face is inline with the acceptable standard for the site, so it is good to fist of all read the KYC page and knowing the acceptable ways of uploading those documents matters alot and can help to facilitate your KYC verifications on time, I am sure that if the ops follow the rules and upload acceptable format he won't be having such problems any longer.
Let us not just jumpminto conclusion that the site is at fault at least let us try to establish a balance ground and fact about the situation and wait to see what the response will be most especially from the live support since the support are even in the best position to tell you more of what are the acceptable ways of uploading this kind of documents for verification.

BC has active campaign going on the forum I believe you can also drop your complaint on their Ann thread their btt representative can pick it up from there to attend to you. I believe your winnings were huge and it's always hard to withdraw from any site when huge amount most of them could start manipulation your kyc process till your account is permanently closed down and you lose all your winnings back to the casino.

The issue is about ID as drivers license is widely accepted and probably the easiest way to get approved in any KYC. But yes, the platform could just tell its users that ID should be this and that, since its the driver's license, passport and national id are commonly used in international platform KYC in which OP already tried the two yet issue still arise...

Some casinos can be that dubious for sure, but I honestly expect that bc.game should already have gotten above the level they would Want to engage themselves in such dealings, though I understand that when ever money is involved, some people heading the affairs of large platforms like this lose their minds and sense if reasoning, totally forgetting that in the end, integrity and reputation is what really matters.

I personally believe that as long as it's bc.game that this customer have issues with, rest assured that it will be resolved, and he will get his money regardless the amount, and another casino I trust this much is Stake and Rollbit, all this are big casinos that should find it difficult to pay out big winnings, to the extent they will have to decend so low to using kyc as a way to manipulate the gambler who won money.

Rule of thumb, always do your KYC first before  any deposit to avoid first any problems anyway that's water under the bridge...anyway as far as I know book format type of IDs or should I say A4 type are usually rejected since they usually look like a user just generated the ID by themselves and I have seen this in the trading world where users with this type of identification get rejected...anyhow have you tried finding a user from the local community using this platform as this could be a starting point to get account up and running and regain access to your funds..?? Otherwise as @Adbitco as advised use their representatives of the forum to get problem resolved, good luck.

Hello i am currently living in Ukraine, after winning some bets i got a notification from BC GAME to complete advanced KYC. I tried 1 time with my national passport, in Ukraine we have a book format of passport. After submitting everything i got a notification that my KYC is failed for not even mentioning a reason. I opened a chat with support and they reseted my KYC and i tried again. Second attempt was with my foreign passport and again i failed. Is it a way that can help me to finish KYC process ?

BC.Game is telling you to do an "additional KYC verification" and it is being denied repeatedly? My brother, pray...lol.

Frankly, this is not the first time a thing like this has happened and it mostly has its undertone, that's my fear. This is especially true when they did not ask for the KYC before winning but after winning, and judging by the term "additional," it means you've already passed the KYC. This is impossible. KYC cannot be declined without a reason.
I've tried doing ID verification several times on multiple platforms and the main reason for declining my ID was "blurry picture" or "the info on your ID card is non-readable". Maybe you are taking a blurry photo, so you should get a phone with a better camera.
BC Game customer support should've already mentioned something about your photo being blurry.
If there's no update from customer support, this might be yet another of those "gambler fails KYC and can't withdraw coins" horror stories, which is basically another scam. I really hope that you are not a victim of such scam.

BC has active campaign going on the forum I believe you can also drop your complaint on their Ann thread their btt representative can pick it up from there to attend to you. I believe your winnings were huge and it's always hard to withdraw from any site when huge amount most of them could start manipulation your kyc process till your account is permanently closed down and you lose all your winnings back to the casino.
Some casinos can be that dubious for sure, but I honestly expect that bc.game should already have gotten above the level they would Want to engage themselves in such dealings, though I understand that when ever money is involved, some people heading the affairs of large platforms like this lose their minds and sense if reasoning, totally forgetting that in the end, integrity and reputation is what really matters.

I personally believe that as long as it's bc.game that this customer have issues with, rest assured that it will be resolved, and he will get his money regardless the amount, and another casino I trust this much is Stake and Rollbit, all this are big casinos that should find it difficult to pay out big winnings, to the extent they will have to decend so low to using kyc as a way to manipulate the gambler who won money.
BC game may likely be proven to be innocent on the long run, because they have hard a good time here in the forum and knowing how casino value their forum reputations BC.game having such reputations here in the forum' won't want to play Shaddy with something as little as KYC, what I have noticed with some of the casinos that have KYC issues with their clients is that, since casinos themselves don't gain much from KYC but a regulatory requirements, they tend to take all they order from the government policies and not even form any by themselves, so when the gambler failed to provide the right KYC information, their data control automatically reject it and sometimes their failed to get back to the gambler who have provided that KYC documents for verification, and this could lead to alot of confusion in the space, but when you engage with the support or representative of that casino, you will fine out more details about the situation and how one can easily correct it, most casinos don't even request for KYC even though their are fully complaince with regulations, so it much more of a player and regulators thing than it is with the casino.
But then I am very sure that this issue with BC game is going to be sorted out and the gambler will get his full package, unless if something is wrong with his account IP and other aspects that could delay this whole process, we look out for a possible solution between the two and hope the ops get his funds out as soon as possible.

You are absolutely correct and that is a very good advice you gave op there, I honestly did not think of such even though I've encountered or had such experiences several times on several occasions, but then, the difference is that the system always told me that the reason my kyc is rejected is due to blurry photo, I do not understand exactly why bc.game won't include the reason why they are rejecting ops kyc request information, they should fix that if it's an error from their system.

And concerning issue of scam, it's not been long that bc.game recovered from their reputation damage due to their misconduct with several customers, I am very sure they wouldn't want to tour that path again, because if they lose their reputation again this time, I am not sure any body will still trust them again.

I have personally gone through this sort of shit with another gambling site in the past where they kept rejecting my ID saying it was blurry and some other crap when the same ID was accepted without any issues in many sites.

They finally accepted my ID after a week of bickering with their customer support though they asked additional details which I provided quickly. Never played on that site again. Keep us updated with your progress op.

I don't have it but all of my photos were good quality without blur or anything that can decrease quality of my photos
Haven’t tried with your international passport and it failed, the best you could do for yourself is to try with a different ID of same value. National ID, Drivers license and the likes of those. These documents come under some standards and could be easily verified.
The fact that after a failed attempt, support was able to reopen the portal for you to have a second go at it, means BC.Games is ready to aid you resolve your KYC problem and you’ve just got to keep faith with them and provide the necessary document that has same name as the one on your passport so, you don’t come under more complications.

Rule of thumb, always do your KYC first before  any deposit to avoid first any problems anyway that's water under the bridge...anyway as far as I know book format type of IDs or should I say A4 type are usually rejected since they usually look like a user just generated the ID by themselves and I have seen this in the trading world where users with this type of identification get rejected...anyhow have you tried finding a user from the local community using this platform as this could be a starting point to get account up and running and regain access to your funds..?? Otherwise as @Adbitco as advised use their representatives of the forum to get problem resolved, good luck.
If we are sure that the website is very legit yes but if not, then it is a bad idea because they might ran away with our KYC details and also money if ever we deposit there.

For me, even if the website is already proven to be legit, I will still choose to not do the KYC yet as long as it is not mandatory. Most of the times I'm not being asked by it maybe because I'm only a small user and then I don't do anything that is shady that the casino will question my actions. If in case I'm being asked, fine I will do it without a question but for some who don't like bad surprises like this, then yeah that it would be best if they can do KYC first.

I don't know what exactly A4 ID looks like but I know it's a paper and I think all ID is made of paper and then laminated by a hard plastic. Sorry for your experience with the BC Game. I was wondering if you take time to go through the KYC requirements before embarking upon your verification because most of the casinos do have required documents  they approve or work with while conducting KYC on their customers. Did you ask then for the requirements or you just feel like using the identity card you used?

However, some casinos do take time to carry out proper verification on their clients or customers before approving their verification and some do use third parties for their verification exercise which takes time alot. Since you have done another phase of verification,.I will suggest you wish a little time for them to respond because it I am not mistaken it takes some casinos some days or months to conclude their KYC verification if they are using third parties for such exercise.
