Height is the only advantage that Berlanga has. Age? I don't think the 7-year gap could be another factor, and I could also say that Canelo still has a high chance of winning. The fight experience that Canelo has is such a big factor that even fighting a younger boxer couldn't easily beat him unless he had health problems. 

Moreover, to angle and all the given stats we see, maybe our prediction is wrong, but we couldn't deny that Canelo will dominate the fight. Besides, he is not so old that anyone like Berlanga would easily beat him, as I believe that Canelo still has a solid punch that can put him down if he gets perfect timing.

No doubt that the odds are really for Canelo Alvarez, the experience is really for him, total fights are more than two from Edgar Berlanga.
The only advantage I can see for Edgar Berlanga is the height, reach, and his being undefeated, he needs to win to protect his being undefeated. I am waiting for this kind of fight because a boxer is undefeated.

Actually, I don't see that as an advantage for him against Canelo because he has faced many tall opponents and still won. I think this is a mismatch; it's a shame for Berlanga’s undefeated record that he faces Canelo. However, this fight provides good exposure for Berlanga, especially if he performs well or even pulls off an upset. But I think it's likely another easy win for Canelo, probably by unanimous decision.
