Yes, and we can say that on Munguia as well. But Canelo drop him although it could be just a flash knock down. But just imagine if Berlanga is coming forward and Canelo caught him good, he could stay in the canvass. Or if he survives, how can he react with that. Will he go turtle up and change plans? Or still very hungry because he tasted blood already. So we will see, for sure Canelo is going to check that chin.

It's the risk that Canelo is now taking, the less riskier his opponent the better for him, he will stay get the money that he wanted, and then his young and upcoming boxers like Munguia and Berlanga is being grateful that Canelo has given them the chance, that once in a lifetime opportunity to test  themselves against the best.

I do not see that Berlanga will be careless though, this is his time and he will be careful engaging Canelo is the early rounds. And there could be no actions as he will just try to feel the power of Canelo and maybe we will see him on the bicycle for the first 3 rounds.

But as the round goes by, Canelo will initiate everything but Berlanga will stay very tough and survived and I think a over 8.5 is also a good bet. It's a risky bet on the decision win by Canelo, but as we have said, he hasn't knockout someone since the Caleb Plant knockout, so it's a risk that is worth taking. This might be the same argument I used when I bet on a Canelo win via KO against Jaime Munguia. Munguia was young, powerful, hungry, confident, and a strong boxer who knocked out 4 of his last 5 opponents. He seemed to be the kind of boxer that is experienced enough to trade blows against the older Canelo. I lost, the fight went the distance.

3.75 is beyond attractive but, yeah, risky. That's why I got a safer one. I got my Over 9.5 Asian total at 2.13. Good enough. But I think your bet has a higher probability of winning than what's suggested by the odds.

Right, it's one of their biggest mistakes of Berlanga, if he will be the one who is going to underestimate Canelo Alvarez in their fight. Canelo is not just a great boxer, he is an elite fighter, similar to the mold of Manny Pacquiao and other fighters who still box at mid 35-40 and still win a belt. That's how Canelo Alvarez is built, he has cemented his legacy as one of the best in this decade.
