Hey guys i check these forums periodically, never post or anything on here. but i had seen someone else make a post that was put in the same situation as me at bc.game. now i was a regular cusomer, over 1m wagered on their platform & was active regular in the chat. i was banned like the post that was made here by someone else.

i dont like bad mouthing businesses that dont deserve it. this casino is just terrible lately. it use to be a good casino but now it feels as if they are ripping everyone off which ever way they can. the reason for my banning is in the picture i provided. ive asked them for screenshots & what was falsely advertised by me & that was probably 2 months ago now & yet to get a reply back with any evidence. i had 500k monthly wager before the time of my ban, a bonus for monthly & weekly were due around the same time. 2-3 days apart. i had $500 in my balance before i was banned & they wont allow me to withdraw. im only posting this due to the other guy making a post & me knowing im not the only one stuck in this boat. all im trying to say here is if your looking for a new casino thats fun to play.. dont go to bc.games the new owners are only thinking of ur wallet.

Tried quoting your image to get uploaded just like Yahoo62278 did but, it’s error anyways. You didn’t copy the right BBCode link for the image and so, it wouldn’t display properly. However, the link you provided still redirects to the image.

I guess what you should be asking yourself is either you provided such pictures at any point in cause of your activities with the casino. I gamble a few times and understandably, most of the users account when not flagged automatically by the system aren’t given much priority but in time, it does come into focus and they get to look at it.

This is what I found from the image you provided to be the reason for there actions against you.

Another BC.Game accusation with proper proof in recent times. This is one heck of a weird ass site. They used to be great and then sank into the gutter, but picked themselves back up and are sinking into the gutter yet again.

If they seriously mess up this time, I don't really see how they can pick themselves back up again since a good portion of this forum will probably boycott them.

That's ridiculous if true. The evidence of your accusation should be sent along with the punishment to avoid any confusion. If you could draw connections when a user falsely advertises the website, you can as well send them evidence of that.

I don't know how quick their response is here, but they deserve the right to reply, so we'll wait for that. In the meantime you can make a reply in their ANN thread and also start a scam accusation thread for the sum of $500 which was locked in the account.

Not deserve to reply, but deserve to be unblocked. This reason it's nonsense, (CASINO) businesses always getting shit talking almost every day from their customer and they should just take it as professional behavior (Respond with professional/just ignore people who are talk shit).

First time to seeing locked account for this reason, usually casinos don't even care at all. Basically, people who are thinking like there has some specific time (RTP) getting decrease after monthly/weekly claim and other things related to (Gambling fallancy). You could be get banned (cause it's spreading miss information).

If you were accused of abusing the system then I would have supported them for not telling you what you did exactly or sending proofs alongside (to avoid it being bypassed in the future) the mail they sent to you, but since they claimed you were misleading users they should have included the image.

I have seen a similar case in the past where a user made a comment about taking their life in their chat room and then got banned from the site, it was later resolved tho, I believe the same thing happened here - you probably said something jokingly about the site but they misinterpreted it and punished you for it, this is just my theory of what might have happened.

I’ll advice that you contact the support[1] and also drop your link in their Ann thread[2]

When I read the reason they banned you I thought: where did they see you talking bad about the casino? Because let's be honest, what casino hires employees to stay on the internet and see what customers post about the casino? Did you complain about the casino on a website like casino.guro or trustpilot before you were blocked? Why is this support guy accusing you of badmouthing the casino? I think this casino is exaggerating, they shouldn't be so strict like that, especially since they haven't presented any proof that you've been badmouthing the casino. I think you should demand that the casino show proof and you should do this by creating a thread in this scam accusations section:

We can't tell if it was just telling or a legitimate complaint, something more sinister or nothing at all. We can't dismiss it without knowing the full details of the case and which of their terms were broken in the situation.

I don't think any of the above reasons justifies locking users funds permanently.

Yeah, if a user say something bad about the platform in their chatbox, usually that user will just be banned in chat.
I'm not saying that OP made a fatal mistake but, perma ban + confiscated balance is a heavy punishment and there must be a strong reason why BC did that.
It's impossible for a casino like BC to punish someone that severely for a trivial mistake.

A casino shouldn't really pay attention to someone posting negative comments  about them IMO. They should address comments that apply to their business and way they operate, but if someone is upset and rants, just let it go. No reason to be petty or just dismiss an accusation.

A casino shouldn't really pay attention to someone posting negative comments  about them IMO. They should address comments that apply to their business and way they operate, but if someone is upset and rants, just let it go. No reason to be petty or just dismiss an accusation.
It's their casino so they decide what to do if something like this is happening. If OP abused the system then it's only fair to lock the account but if OP didn't do anything to break the rules then OP should start a scam accusation and then wait. Let's just wait for OP to come back here and wait for OP's further information if OP did contact bc.game support.

This is one too many accusations against BC.games in recent time, although both accusations are from a newbie accounts but that not withstanding the fact that this casino have a high reputation here in the forum so I don't think their will want to do anything that will destroy that reputations, but between let see how this accusations goes and what the team respond this time, and ops I advice you that you contact them directly here through their representatives so as to get more stance before taking the next stap so that we won't jump into any conclusions when the matter could still be resolved.

It's definitely not ideal to get banned without a clear explanation, especially if you were a regular and loyal customer. That’s a really frustrating situation. Have you tried reaching out to their support directly again? Be polite but firm in requesting a detailed explanation to review your account and a potential reinstatement, as you haven't received any evidence of the falsely advertised bonus they claim.

I suggest you post this on their ann thread also messaging the bc.game might help resolve your issue or clear your thoughts.

What's weird on this case is the "bad mouthing" they received as against their TOS which this is also considered as review especially from its users.
The "prohibited technique" is also a common issue from any casino, they could eliminate the use of it on the platform instead of letting its users discovered or use it.

I agree with you, this kind of behavior maybe deserve a ban in the chat, but a ban from the casino is just a big punishment. Casinos should listen to their customers even if they are having a hard time and start sharing some hate comments, in the end is feedback from the customer and the casino should take it and learn from it.

But this topic looks weird to me, it makes me feel like bc game is under attack, i mean, this week i see like 3 or 4 new topics about accounts getting locked. I'm not sure if this is an attack against the casino, or if the casino decided to nuke some accounts this week.

If they really want to be pricks and push the bans due to talking trash somewhere, that's their prerogative, but it's pretty petty IMO. They however should not confiscate a players balance for this. They should prompt the player to wd everything and ban the account after. Anything less than that is theft IMO.

Not deserve to reply, but deserve to be unblocked. This reason it's nonsense, (CASINO) businesses always getting shit talking almost every day from their customer and they should just take it as professional behavior (Respond with professional/just ignore people who are talk shit).
We can't tell if it was just telling or a legitimate complaint, something more sinister or nothing at all. We can't dismiss it without knowing the full details of the case and which of their terms were broken in the situation.

I don't think any of the above reasons justifies locking users funds permanently.
I'm curious, what will happen to the funds of this user of BC GAME if there is any on the account? Are they will be locked also or will they be refunded to the customer?
I believe there's still a chance for the customer to get back the funds, especially they are active here in Bitcointalk, talking it calmy with BC GAME team will help.

do you know if they have changed the management of sold the site recently to another owner or company? Have they recently changed the ToS or the general conditions to play with them? Things are not static - personnel changes, management changes, new safety policies and new cybersec policies can be applied. Is there anything you can think of you have done to get the lighting strike on you?

Another BC.Game accusation with proper proof in recent times. This is one heck of a weird ass site. They used to be great and then sank into the gutter, but picked themselves back up and are sinking into the gutter yet again.

If they seriously mess up this time, I don't really see how they can pick themselves back up again since a good portion of this forum will probably boycott them.
Yeah they had issues in the past, which for me it's common among gambling companies having some bad times at some point of their existence. Despite that, it's still too early to rush to assumption that they are sinking back to the gutters because one or two accusations has risen against them.

Perhaps, it should be a time to be objective with both sides and listen carefully to know what's actually underneath. Maybe, op should take this to bc.games official thread in the forum for them to respond to the allegation. We have had situations where certain allegations had been made against a casino after a failed attempted exploitation, however, am not saying the op is allegation is not genuine but that things should be attended to objectively.
