I doubt you will find open markets on the Venezuelan issue, to be honest. There is such an disparity of power and resources from the government being used against the people that it is unlikely something will be achieved ...

As Venezuelan, I cannot help to feel sadness and hopelessness from all this situation going on in the Capital.

The only webpage which I think could give some market for this terrible situation would be fuutur, but besides of it, I think you would be losing your time trying to find people willing to bet on this. There are way more attractive markets opened right now.

The party that wants to topple Maduro is still a nationalist party, the same with Maduro's view of the world. So if ever they bring Maduro down, nothing new to this country as it's still going to be like Maduro's ruling.

Maduro is concerned about the outside forces trying regime change in the country while the party wanting him to go down is just a smaller group concerned about the growing insurgents. Nothing new when Maduro could handle those guys himself.

Are there too few sports and other events in the world for you to bet on? Is it really necessary to place bets on any more or less well-known event? And what additional options (odds) could there be for such bets? For example, will there be a bloody clash between military forces and civilians (x2.75)? In my opinion, something like that would look very immoral and unethical, just like betting on Maduro when there is unrest among the population in the country.

@tranthidung it's actually hard, cause not every casino provides everything for the bets. Mostly they just provided us with most common betting.

What you need, is a platform that provides a "betting on anything" type casino or platform. Example like BetMoose < search in google cause (I don't have any experience on this platform, and cannot vouch for it's legit or not). But, the platform provided you created betting in anythings.

There has been an increase in uprisings by citizens against authoritarian, corrupt, and underperforming leaders. We saw violent protests in Kenya and Bangladesh. And there might be a massive protest in Nigeria next month. It shows that the people are becoming aware of their right to protest if they are not enjoying the government.

The problem is that the military will be used to quell this protest. There will be intimation, imprisonment and even killing of protesters. Except for the military deciding to side with the citizens, I doubt if they will be able to push out Maduro. If the people can get support from powerful nations or international organizations, they might be able to mount pressure on Maduro to step aside.

No platform will take such risk because democracy rarely exist in those countries so anything goes. The only platform that could offer such option should be those located in Venezuela  but then, they will be exposing their business to serious risk if the authorities find out because no one can tell what the reaction will be.

During our last general elections, we had such in local gambling platforms but the elections were rigged which makes it useless putting such event gambling sites.

I think any bookmaker will not dare to provide a market for that, there is no certainty when the bet can be closed and it could happen at any time, it's not the same with the election.
There is also the possibility that bets on that event cannot be settled at all if there is a prolonged civil war such as in Syria and Myanmar - and that is very possible because Maduro still has loyal supporters there.

I must agree to this one and Polymarket actually works, but has no automatic market maker, it's only for people putting orders and people taking orders in sports, politics and all. If you bet at Side A, then someone betting the same amount on Side B. Basically Polymarket supports the market with rewards and hosting the platform, and dont subsidies the individual percentage offers. Also, Polymarket is losing their money as they don't take transaction fee and such, as of today I don't have the idea on how they make their revenue.

In my theory probably there's a chance where a third party manages to steal some of your money in the process and revert it back to them. I don't know I may be wrong or way too far to possibilities of this.

international organizations?  Who/what gives them the right to do that? They know it is the Venezuelan oil they want that's why they need to remove Maduro. It's always been oil. OIL!

But this is going to be a clash since the Russian forces are present in Venezuela. They've been allies since and a hot war could happen in this country that could spread to Central America. And by this, it's more reason to pursue what this international org you are saying.

It’s kind of a scary world I’m seeing develop with regards to some of these gambling bets. How long before people start betting on assassinations and basically incentivizing murder? We could be witnessing the slow motion birth of legal contract killing. Casinos need to be mindful of what they’re incentivizing their users to do.

There probably are gonna be markets on polymarket but I would advise against betting there because simply out the results that are recognized are very manipulated by a select few that are probably also involved in gambling stakes themselves so it's not a trustworthy book maker.

I honestly believe that any bookmaker that wants to make money would not place betting markets on anything related to Venezuelan politics, because we are dealing with a piece of shit who considers himself president, a damn dictator, a crazy guy who needs urgent medical help, a mentally ill guy like this Maduro will never give up power while he is alive, guys like him only leave power when they die, the question now is how much the people of Venezuela are willing to dirty their hands in the name of justice? Unfortunately, the people of Venezuela will have to follow the path of violence to remove the dictator or they will have to conform with the piece of shit as president until his death.

If the bookmakers asked this question and the odds were 10.00 for Maduro to remain as president until his death, I would bet that Maduro will remain as president until his death, he will never leave power while he is alive. This is impossible.

Maduro's expulsion is long overdue as the country has nothing to show for his leadership but iron fist ruling and economic downturn. This is the leader who behaves like many African countries' leaders trying to clinch power forever without regard for the cry of the people and the reality of the economy and whether or not there is hope they can fix it. This is selfish and most of these leaders do this to cover up for their illegal activities because if another president takes over, someone like Maduro would probably be sent to prison for enough atrocities.

As we see with this current uprising, what people are fighting for is clear, the election was never free and fair and many world powers who observed the process made this known. But for the citizens to succeed in this quest is not feasible. The US has tried many times but failed, I do not know the miracle they will do this time, it's just like the case of Putin in my view.

As for the other question about the casino offering betting on this situation, I'm afraid, you may not see it, especially for the reason that Maduro/Venezuela are not so popular to warrant such betting. But you might try Futuur, they offer things like that.

and Elon Musk has also spoken out about the election results in Venezuela as fraudulent.

I emphasize that I don't intend to bet on it but if there are platforms for people to bet on an event, if you want, you are free to bet.

I asked this because odds given by bookmakers can give me another view on what's going on in Venezuela and I can feel how solid the position of Maduro is or how weak it is and how nearly it is till the end of his era in the nation.

Bookmakers will not arbitrarily give an odds that can put their platform into overpaying for users. So odds, if available, has its senses on what's going and what might come.
