Of course it should. But it should be validated.

You can’t just believe any and every complaint that you see out there. You also need to check who was at fault. The credibility and reputation of the complainant himself and if he has any grounds to be making the complaints against the casino. Another thing to consider is if is it an isolated case or does these complaints happen constantly? If there are a lot of complaints about the same thing, it might be possible that the casino is really at fault.

It is not good to see valid complaints about a casino in the reputation board, I do not feel comfortable seeing the casino I use there. But of course it depends on my personal experience with the casino. If I have wonderful experience with the casino, I will not pay any attention to such posts because I know issues do happen as there are no perfect system anywhere. But when the complain is coming from many people and all have genuine cases, it will be difficult not to be worried if you are a user of such casino. In that case, I will simply keep small balance there until everything normalizes.

That will not influence on our decision because before we use a casino, we research the casino by finding many info about the casino. If we finds the casino is not right for us, it is better we leave that casino and search for the other casinos and we don't have to force ourselves to choose that casino to playing gambling. The funny thing when it comes to complaint is 99% of users are newbie instead of experienced users. If users who make complaint are experienced users, we don't have to raise our suspicions whether the complaint is valid or not. This is so true. Most of the user that is active on gambling discussion usually wear signature code of a casino. Some of this user obviously play on the casino they are promoting just like me. Depends on the severity of their accusation, also how the casino approach towards those existing cases. Since if the proof is strong then the casino didn't take action then provably that I will not gamble in that casino since provably that what those people encounter currently in that casino might also happen to us so its better to avoid and get away in any situation that can give us stress.

Its good to consider those valid complains since if we ignore those accusation since what we know the casino is reputable then provably there would be some instances that we will ride in their possible rug pull schemes especially if their management will decide to scam people deposit and gamble in their casino. Definitely reputation matters a lot when engaging any online Casino platform, So when dealing with any casino platform out there, and if you found yourself in a community such as this forum, firstly you have to watch out for what good or bad complaints that people are making about their experiences with that casinos platform out there which you are dealing with. I do visit the reputation section frequently to check if there is any scam accusation against the casino that I am using. If I notice there is anyone, then I will start following up on the case till the case is solved, if it’s the casino that’s at fault, then I will start looking for alternatives, and if I notice frequent complaints about the casino, then I won’t have any choice but to stop making use of it, because I am sure if I continue making use of it, then I will also fall victim in a day. But if the accusation about the casino is not true, then I won’t really have any problem with the casino.

Don't stress yourself, once the complain is coming from a brand new Bitcointalk account there is a 95% chances that its a false complain, in the end you will find out that they are to be blame and the consequences will be unbearable for them, this is why they will come on here to rant about what they believed to be true.

Valid proof should be presented since it will tell everything if the accusation they made is true or these people just create story then fake out their accusation. But if everything is well presented and it show that the casino made a mistake especially for not crediting their huge deposit then I guess that accusation will influence me for not to gamble again in their casino. Most of the accusations, only the victim that posted the evidence, while the casino only give wall of text explanation. Evidence can photoshopped/faked, while text is easy to write.

It's back to reputation of their profile, if the casino is old, have active campaign and trustworthy, the casino is high likely win the case.

Although it might be time-consuming, the ideal thing to do before making decisions is to read through the accusation thread. Going through the information will make you know who to blame. A good casino that cares about their reputation will do everything possible to clear themselves of any form of accusation. Such accusation will affect my decision to use the casino only if I observed that the casinos is at fault. However the goodwill of a casino can be affected if they have too many accusations by different users in the scam accusation section. It simple show that there are somethings they are not  doing right.

As a first-time player, I will take this kind of accusation against any casino I want to try out for the first time very seriously, and I will also look at the way they have handled their previous cases in order to be sure of what I'm going to be facing. 
 
But if it's for a casino that I make use of more often and I see some cases about them, I will not allow that to influence how I view the casino. As long as I have not started having direct issues with them, I won't abandon them.

Yes, users complaints on the reputation board is one thing that shouldn't be taken for granted, as such compliant are a reflection or preview of what you are likely to face if you eventually happens to go gamble on such casino who has been accused and yet to resolve it.  Moreover, one thing we all need to put in mind is that people who has issues with casino don't usually rush to scam accusations forum to make complaints, but only does that after trying its first step of resolving it on the casino and it failed or not satisfied with its outcome.

Active accusation means we should not trust them anymore but as you said most of the time the user is at fault which makes it accusation invalid so if you just influenced for not to play because some random newbies complain without concrete evidence than just vanishes then I just only consider them as liars.

On the other hand many reputed casinos even had valid accusations but casinos will try to resolve them or the DT system will taint them what they deserve which greatly affects their business anyway.
