Complaints are going to affect my decision to play on the casino if it seems valid, but if not, it's just another day another complainer that it's their fault.

Casino accusations in reputation board does not influence me much, because users who create topics there, often create problems themselves, as well as when something goes not how they planned it should go, they always accuse casino with that. Specially if that is related to old casinos. I will never believe that casinos with millions in turnover, will scam someone for $10-100. If I am a new member here, of course the complain would influence me from not using such casinos but because I am not new in the forum, I think I already understand and have known the reputable casinos that I can trust and gamble in their sites because I have gambled and read complains about casinos by some members here thaat are not true.

It depends on the name of the casino and the nature of complaint and the history of complaints against these casinos, there are complaints that are just complaints but do not have enough ground to hold.
In the end its the accusers' fault because of violation of the terms.

And there are baseless accusations because the player annot accept the loses and he thinks he was cheated but when investigated it ends up the accusation is baseless.

Not because there are accusations you will easily believe in the complainant he must show proof, the casino in question must defend themselves and the results established.

Definitely, it will ... But yunno what, I can't be convinced by a report given by a single user - especially when the gambler doesn't have access to his account to send proper screenshots on what the problem really is. The new Curaçao rules and regulations that has been set to protect the casino's interest isn't letting them over look any form of illegalities on the user's end...

90% of cases that hit the reputation board are basically out to chase clout... In all, no one is restricted to do their research on whether or not a particular story is true.

Yes, they do influence my decision to play there. First of all there's numbers. You can claim that it's usually players who are at fault, but statistics tell us that in every 10 complaints there's one or two legit ones where the company is at fault. So, if a casino has 1 or 2 people complaining a month, it's pretty normal, but once this becomes 20, you know there's something wrong with the business. Look at the number of complaints betnomi was getting, or 1xbit. These complaints are an indicator of the state in which the company is. You shouldn't take each of them like it's nothing but truth, but ignoring them would be unwise.

Yeah, digging deeper is called for before jumping into conclusion that a casino should be avoided at all cost. I disagree if you say that many of the comments are about the bad casinos, because what you said is true, most likely the comments are just fake comments because their emotions are out of control when gambling and end up with disappointment which is actually normal. The good and bad of the casino can be judged if we have gambled in it because with that we will feel everything including withdrawals, deposits and the flow of gambling. Its a very common thing on which it would really be that understandable that there would really be those individuals or people who would really be that having those kind of feedbacks on the time that you would be able to have those loses without even minding that the ones should really be taken blame is themselves on why they do play too much without anticipating that they could really be having that loses.

Proof is really important to validate those allegation since its not automatically we could able to trust those posted claims against the casino if they can't show something that can verify their claims. They are dealing a business where they have lots of competitor also there's people lose their money. So somehow its not surprising to see some people either they want to troll the casino or just want create a controversy regarding on what they post against those casino.

Yes of course. We that has a proper brain knows how to understand if what is wrong from right. We can even investigate on our own, if we think the complain lacks in proof. We don't want to end up judging the new, or not-so-new but unfamiliar casino to us a scam. For those famous casinos, we don't want to be biased either, just because they are already known to be legit. We don't know, maybe they are only using this sometimes as an advantage to selectively scam people on their site?

We need to regain the power of the masses against these giant entities. Corruption can happen too on them, not just in the governments. If in case, we are being offered by a bribe in order to fix the on-going issue, we shouldn't let them. I know it's hard to resist it especially if there is a huge amount of money involved but we need to, because at the end, we common individuals are the ones who will lose or not succeed in life but them, they are only laughing at us at the background.

How many accusations do you consider to be enough? 10, 20? 50?

We have to put a clear line between resolved and unresolved accusations. If the casino has 50 but all were dealt with either by reimbursing clients or proving that they were cheating or making false accusations it actually looks better for the casino than if they have 5 unresolved where they did not even try to deal with the problem.
