They just force one mans belief on everyone in their country. Imagine the foreigners who decided to stay there for some time, they will also bt affected by these little decisions made to govern their own people.. sometimes it's just best to let Everyman chose fro him self. Religion is mean to be a choice and my own personal view not something imposed on me by someone who thinks his own life style is what is closest to the maker.. gambling is fun and anyone can gamble if they want placing banned on too many economic needs will only withdraw population from their country..

Every country has its own rules regarding gambling, Indonesia is not the only country that prohibits gambling so far and I don't think anyone needs to protest the government's decision about this. If you are not happy with the rules that prohibit you from doing this and that, then look for another country that gives you the freedom to do whatever you want, including being friendly about gambling.

You are free to choose any religion in Indonesia, but you must comply with the applicable rules which regulate many things. I have never been in this country and always thought it is loyal to gambling. But it seems to be not. How does the matter lie at present? I wonder this because of my plans to visit Indonesia for a couple of weeks and when visiting countries for the first time  I commonly show myself  round the local casinos.

Indonesia has been known as a Muslim country that never supported gambling activities and pornographic videos on her citizens.
I think what could make a person or people to go online be searching for something like this could be due to the hardship in the country. I think the government can really help byg creating jobs for the non employed and free loans for business that need expansion.
I don't see anything wrong with gambling but I think the government has gone too far from her obligations in providing the basic amenities that are essential for citizens to fighting against gamblers that are always interested in making some bets to earn profits.

I do not believe gambling is meant for only those who are struggling financially. Gambling is a lifestyle and anyone can gamble. Although many might be gambling for financial gains, alot too who are financially stable would be gambling as a form of entertainment and recreational activity. Creating jobs and providing credit facilities to the people is no guarantee that a real gambler would stop gambling.  They've experienced gambling lifestyle before, they can only stop gambling if they decide to. The government is really wasting their efforts preventing people from gambling.

In any Islamic country, the government of that country does not allow gambling as ell as pornographic. As a Muslim country same happened for Indonesia. And to check the sites/posts about pornographic govt can know easily and they do not need to check manually.

They have probably been blocked due to the activities of their citizens but people nowadays are wise when it comes to these matters. They'll buy VPN or will use any other tools for browsing and continue whatever they're doing to their customers. Whether it's gambling, work related or anything.
