As for the KYC and the discontinuation of support for the US — such changes sometimes happen due to legal and regulatory reasons, and it's a reasonable decision for some companies.

However, if you're having trouble withdrawing your funds, that definitely raises concerns. I recommend reaching out to support again, possibly providing more detailed information about your situation to expedite the process. If that doesn't help, it might be worth contacting official communication channels or even lawyers to resolve the issue.

Regarding the Heleket connection, I've also heard about it, but it's important to remember that such rumors are not always confirmed. It could be a misunderstanding. The main thing is to focus on ensuring the safe withdrawal of your funds.

If anyone else has encountered similar issues, please share your experience! The more information, the easier it will be to figure out.

Our business had been using Cryptomus for months and was very happy. KYC issues came up and we submitted the requested documents but it seems the US is no longer supported. Fair enough, I have no issues with KYC and companies not wanting to deal with US banking laws. However the inability to transfer out the crypto being held at Cryptomus is a major red flag. I have been asking support and rep for over a week to allow me to withdraw the crypto or have them send out the crypto to the addresses I provided. Still waiting and getting worried.

I have read something about Heleket being involved in some way with Cryptomus so alarm bells are ringing. Anyone else having an issue?
Hey did they resolved your issue

I do see their terms of service that were last updated on December 17, 2024 state that they indeed don't allow US Citizens to use their service. How long ago did they block your account?
If you are a U.S. citizen or resident, please leave the Website, Cryptomus does not serve U.S. citizens or residents. Accordingly, by using the Services, you also confirm that you are not a citizen or resident of the United States or a citizen or resident of the list of prohibited countries set forth in our website's AML policy.
