Hello !

Yes, Bittrex delisted KSC last month already

Europex will also delist this coin next week

It appears that the only active exchange for KSC now is Swisscex. You can still trade your coins there if you have

I see the last message sent from dev was about Android wallet and some giveaways. It was amazing that he launched a working Android wallet, left some giveaways half-done but then "disappeared" in this forum

Anybody think this coin is still worth mining?  Looks like the dev possibly disappeared on this one?

It's on the uptrend... maybe people finally realize that it's a very very rare coin and start to collect them at cheap prices

Too bad if dev was still active, this coin should be worth at least 10 times the current price

Hope dev will be back someday

Hey all.........need some help here.  I threw one of my miners at this coin on Obfuscode.net, a GridSeed 10 pack around 3.5 mh/s.  With this coin, I am getting under 1 mh/s and a near 100% rejection rate, log window on miner intermittently showing "worker temporarily banned"?!  I have never seen this before so know it must be something with this pool or coin.

Any ideas why I am experiencing this?

Thanks!

Hi Jim,

Sorry for late reply Smiley

I've experienced similar issue when I was running the latest BFGMiner (4.x).
I suspect that BFGMiner sends all shares before applying the new difficulty that it's assigned to.

If the share's difficulty is a lot lower than your assigned difficulty, stratum will treat your share as exploit-share and thus increase your ban-score.

I'm having 3 gridseed orbs, spanning between 1mhs and 1.8mhs on KSC. Using CGMiner without issues.
BFGMiner got me banned too in a couple of minutes :/

If CGMiner is no option for you I will setup a less aggressive vardiff stratum for high-hashpower exclusive users.

Cheers,

f0o / Obfuscode.Net Staff

Hi,

if anyone else is having issues with BFGMiner, please PM us so we can find a solution for you Smiley

For now we're running a separate stratum for bfgminers, we dont want to make it public yet and will work on a better solution.

Happy Mining Smiley

Hello everyone! I'm extremely sorry for being offline for so long. We're testing some new features (some great changes are coming) and plan to announce hard fork in a week. Now I have to reply to all messages and letters I received, so I may post here not so often, and I will announce a new team member then.

Welcome back dev

I hope you don't forget you hosted an Android giveaway before your absence. Could you please pay all the participants there first (I'm one of them)?

And is your latest Android wallet compatible with the hard fork, or our coins stored there will be lost?

Thanks! All giveaway amounts will be sent by Monday, sorry for the delay. We're working on the Android update for new version, but maybe I will ask you to transfer your coins to desktop or web wallet.

We will contact everyone who posted here personally before the fork to make sure that no coins will be lost.

What this fork really mean ? Do intend to change the algo for the coin which is currently scrypt or... ?

...It's ALIVE Huh?

Kinda like Robot Chicken??

REALLY??!!

I only told my investors the other day - KSC is completely a Dead Coin

You guys have to give me some thing here.....

I always had a thought that KSC w/could be some thing.......

Please keep me posted.................

Mangled Blue

Really Smiley Thank you for the thought you always had, you and your investors are going to get something more than just good old-fashioned scrypt coin. I remember that some people called it dead even before launch, but it's been working fine for a long time already, so it's time for a big update.
