EFL is very important and not really an easy one to win since it's a competition across various leagues in England, so it's never less important. Every achievement is worth honoring and is a feather to the cap of the teams that secured the trophy.

Liverpool is currently leading with two goals at halftime while wolves is leading Bristol City 1:2 from away. Let's see how the match ends. Although I know Liverpool is no match for Accrington Stanley, but I'm predicting Wolves match to be a draw.

It is true that no trophy should belittled and for the fact that the EFL cup is organized in England, it is still very much an important trophy. If not for anything at least it will be included in a team's history when counting their records. There are some teams that may have not gotten the feelings of winning a trophy before so if such a team has the privilege to win the EFL cup i believe they will celebrate it just like every other trophy. Tottenham has been in a trophy barrier since 2008 when they won the Carabao cup so if they are presented with an opportunity of winning the EFL trophy, they will so appreciate it. What can I say? The ending score was a huge surprise to me because after watching the first half I concluded that Westham was going to win the game. The pressing, the defense, and the way the players were positive on the field. Well, that's football for you, the game is not always over until the final whistle is blown. Westham gave an outstanding performed but we should forget Aston Villa also played well in the first half they were only finding it difficult to get an attempt on goal due to the way Westham was defending. In the second half, Aston Villa found a huge opportunity to equalize and win the game.

That would be putting too much faith in West Ham, don't you think? Because on a normal day, West Ham haven't got what it takes to hold a goal against smaller teams much less a stubborn team like Aston Villa who will always find a way to come back.  To a point, it then looked as if they were not putting much effort at goal but the ball still finds the net. It was indeed a commanding 6 -2 scoreline and that was how I expected every EPL team to perform.

I wasn't surprised by the scoreline in Leicester game. As a Premier League side Leicester City was expected to dominate a lower tier team. Leicester City clinical performance showcased their professionalism and ability to capitalize on their superiority but also serve as a reminder that complacency can be costly in football whether it is in Cup matches or League matches.
