I can't stop laughing after reading your post where you seem annoyed with Man United. 

IMO, Man United's attacking players aren't actually that bad and could be improved in the short term if Amorim were more assertive with the players. Just look at the image below, and you can clearly see what the Manchester United defenders are doing, opening up a huge opportunity for Grimsby.

Shame to see Aston Villa lost against Brentford.

Aston Villa played with many important players, while Brentford mix the players with the B class players and younger generation. Sancho not even give any contribution in Aston Villa, his quality is no longer as good as before when he was in Dortmund.

We see Aston Villa bad in Premier League and also in EFL, Aston Villa should sack Unai Emery before it's too late.

I know things are quite tough now for Aston villa but I must commend them because they played better definitely. Unai Emery mistake was not making the necessary substitute at the right time but I won't still blame him much because they have loan and sold some of their good players.

The overall performance was a bit fine because they had a good possession during the game but they lacked the instinct to kill the game early and fell down easily at the opponent box which yields no result. But does all this matter when they are being eliminated from the competition? It actually doesn't matter so yes, it was a disappointment in the end.

It is true that Aston villa was eliminated, but the most painful part is leading by 1 goal first and falling through the penalties. Brentford is a good team too and are usually good when it comes to capitalising on opponents mistakes to win their games. Aston villa missed an opportunity on Rashford because he has fit well already into the team. If he had continued to play with them, he could have done better than this Barcelona he went to.

The problem of Manchester united is becoming way too bigger than the current management team to figure out the exact what they should do to put the team back on track, and if they don’t know, Then they should think about selling it to someone else or another team of management that can manage the club properly. And if they don't get their acts right, they might well on lose this one. It's quite disappointing that Chelsea could only register three shots and none on target for the whole of the first 45 minutes which leads me to believe that they are still yet to recover from their loss at Old Trafford last weekend.
 I don't understand why some big teams in the premier league often find it hard to do away with small teams from lower divisions when it comes to competitions like this but I'm sure that most of Chelsea fans would be hoping that they turn the game around in the second half and honestly they need to because what they played in the first half was an eye sore.

The tips played out as I gave them not so long. But I didn't bet on the tips. I don't bet and I also do not gamble. It is not that I am against gambling. Chelsea needs to be very careful to avoid an equalizer from Lincoln if not similar thing that happened to Manchester United against Grimsby might happen to them. Though the momentum is still in the side of Chelsea but they really need to avoid late minute mistake, if they know they can't score another goal before full time they should try and defend the 1:2 lead. However, it will be a poor performance if Chelsea manages to win a mediocre team like Lincoln with just a 1:2 victory because before the match started i was making a prediction of at least 4:0 for Chelsea but am not impressed with what am seeing now.

The score is now 2:1 full time result. Alexander Isak have already started proving his worth, hopefully he will score more goals for Liverpool in their upcoming matches. Southampton really tried to pull a great fight against Liverpool tonight, but Ekitike was able to score the winner goal in the 85th minute but just in the 86th minute he got a red card that would have been a problem for Liverpool if not that the match was already nearing full time. I love the fighting spirit of Liverpool because even after Southampton equalized the score they didn't relent till they got the win at last.

Southampton wasn’t all that bad in this game, they did there best to ensure they keep the pressure on Liverpool, every mistaken pass, every lost ball and you would find a blue and yellow shirt right there to take chances and create something. They were just unable to keep possession for long and not have better chances at goal. There goal came from a very mistaken header from Endo, heading a free ball backwards instead of forward and the ever relaxing defense line couldn’t react quick enough to see the ball out.

The EFL is strangely unpredictable from the type of outcomes we have with results in the premier league, those clubs in the lower division are stubborn and wants to prove a point when they meet the clubs from the premier league.
Wolves beat Everton with 2-0, a result I did not predict that Wolves can have against Everton that won them in the premier league.  The top premier league clubs Chelsea and Liverpool that played today won their matches in this round.
