I feel the pain every Liverpool fan is going through right now. Especially my buddy LFC_Bitcoin. It is very annoying that a wonder team that won the league last year after many years of struggling for it, is the same team that is breaking bad record currently. Since 1902, which was 10 years after Liverpool was founded, Liverpool has never lost 6 games in 7 matches, but it happened this year under Arne Slot. I know how they feel, but Ill leave it up to them to decide if they want Arne Slot to stay or they want him to leave.

Lol. Sadly, Manchester United fans and Everton fans do not feel pity in the slightest way for them. The only pity I have for them is that they lost a real one and a solid player, I understand grief better now so I have a clear knowledge of how every single player in that dressing room who some bonds with Jota currently feeling. I don't think they will be getting points against Aston Villa and Real Madrid during the Champions League fixture. Arne Slot's most likely to lose his place as manager too. If they know what's vest for them,  they better begin strategic scouting for their next manager.

My favourites are Chelsea, Manchester City and Newcastle in the below 3 matchups. However I don't have a clear favourite in the Arsenal - Crystal Palace one. 

I know Arsenal just defeated them in the PL. It was a tough one also though. Things might change in the Carabao Cup. Rotations etc... If Arsenal play the match with their main lineup then I would favour them certainly.

He is showing incompetency and will be hated more by the fans and soon management will sack him, if he doesn't set things right or at least accept wrongs.

After spending such amount of money focusing on attacks majorly this is somehow expected but still they have very much squad depth than Chelsea but he is comparing his team against us. We are even facing more defensive struggles and is not like we have any prolific striker like them. They are just in a bad state and he should accept it first and start pushing to become better, not all problems are totally solved with more squad depth.

I'm expecting Newcastle to win a back2back title here in the EFL Carabao Cup. So, I'm hoping that any team they face in the quarter finals, semifinals and final will lose.
We're only in the quarter-finals, so here are my predictions for the Carabao Cup quarter finals:
I know Crystal Palace is doing great this season in EPL, but Arsenal is doing better so I'll go with Arsenal this time.
Chelsea, of course. No doubt... Brentford vs. Manchester City I'll go with Man City.
And of course, Newcastle against Fulham.. that's an easy win for Newcastle for sure.. Fulham will be demoted to the EFL Championship next season. I'm sure with that lol..

It’s a Carabao Cup, and Arsenal will likely not take any game for granted in any competition this season; so they will likely take it very serious and will likely defeat Crystal Palace because Arteta will want to win as many cup as possible.

Arsenal are likely perfect against Crystal palace also Chelsea draw is actually the least because we’re all certain Chelsea will win. I’m curious to know the next draw against each team I guess I’m not the only one wanting a Manchester city against Chelsea or Arsenal match. The results are predictable this time but still can’t trust any top team after watching Crystal palace defeat Liverpool althoug people are not certain if Arsenal will be able to defeat Crystal palace well, they’ve been performing good as expected.

This Chelsea vs Wolves match was very exciting.Both teams showed their best performance in this match.Moreover, Chelsea led 3-0 in the first half and managed to score another goal in the second half.Chelsea's defense was a bit weak in this match, but their attack was much stronger.

I was surprised with the way Chelsea played in the match, their performance was so impressive in the first half of the match, but everything changed in the second half of the match, their performance was horrible, and they struggled before they could get a win in the match. How will you score 3 goals in the first half of the match alone, and you going to struggle to get a win in the match.

Chelsea needs to work on their defense, their defense is terrible right now which is making it so easy for their opponents to penetrate. Winning with 3 goals in the first half of the match, but conceding 3 goals in the second half of the match is just bad.

Also Chelsea players lack discipline, Chelsea players are receiving unnecessary red card in most of their matches, Delap was sent out few minutes after entering the match, Chelsea management should talk to the players, and Enzo Maresca also.

In the quarter finals draw, there are few light games and many difficult once and that of Arsenal against crystal Palace is one that requires concentration before predictions. Arsenal are strong contenders of the English premier league while crystal palace are miles away for the EPL cup but can still go home with something if they could fight relentlessly as they use to do, secondly this season Arsenal have won then in different occasions which they can't allow the only opportunity to bag  something home to slide which then makes the game an unpredictable one. As for Chelsea, its a work over game for them.

All players who have a connection and relationship with Diego Jota are surely sad, not only Liverpool players but also players from the Portuguese national team will experience the same thing. However, especially for Liverpool players and their fans, the feeling is doubled because it impacts the Liverpool team, which has been playing poorly this season.

I am sure Arteta understand how much of a good team that crystal palace are and will not gamble in the game like it against Brighton where he changed to full first team players leaving only Eze. it is a chance for arsenal to lift a trophy and I'm sure that they will be interested in winning.

One good thing I think for the Arsenal side is that they will have some injured players back before then and that will increase Arteta's option.

Your picks are on point. I think Chelsea have the easiest opponent among them all so I expect them to win easy and reach the next round.

Arsenal have the strongest of opponent but I believe they can overcome Crystal Palace, they have done it the Premier League so they can still do it again if they don't rotate their entire squad.

Manchester City might have problems facing Brentford, Brentford is stubborn team so Guardiola needs to be careful with his starting lineup that day.
Newcastle looks strong to win Fulham but they need to be on their A game too.

I have a feeling one of the favorite teams to win will fumble and get eliminated but not sure who it will be.

I don't think the death of Diogo Jota is what is affecting Liverpool. They started the season well, and along the line, they lost the plot.
I don't feel sorry for them; they brought this on themselves. They felt spending big on big players was going to be the answer. Having a balanced team is always better than having big players in certain parts of their squad. They spent about 450 million on signings, and most of that money was spent on Wirtz, Isak and Ekitike, which is not a very good investment.
From how last season ended, it was obvious that Liverpool didn't have a solid defence and midfield. I felt they would be able to manage it this season, but it turns out I was wrong.

There was no need to sign Isak after already signing Ekitike. They could have used that 120 million to buy two or three more players who would help balance their team. A midfielder and a defender could have been gotten with the money they used for Isak.

I agree, with the current form Aston Villa is in, they would not be getting any points from them, and Madrid will have an easy win against them. I believe if they lose against Aston and Madrid, Slot will be sacked.

There are some Liverpool fans who are not happy with Arne slot, some Liverpool fans said the club should sack Arne slot, I don't know why some people forget so soon that Arne slot has won the Premier League for the club, what Liverpool is facing is not only Arne slot's problem, I was one of those who said he was the team's problem, but I think we should know that all of the players are not in good shape, The team's board of directors should also be also be blame for spending a lot of money to sign players the team didn't need.

Liverpool spent a lot of money to sign two strikers. To me, signing Isak is the worst thing that could happen to Liverpool because they did not think about Ekitike before signing Isak. Ekitike is having a good season with the team and he is scoring goals for the team, but since Isak joined Liverpool, he has never shown that he can help the team. Another reason Liverpool is not performing well is that Trent and Diaz that left the team, those guys were very important to Liverpool, but the fans did not know.

I'm a Liverpool fan and yet I couldn't bring myself to watch today's game so I'm not too worried because I didn't put myself through the stress and pain of another Liverpool disasterclass. From what I see on X, I can confirm that Crystal Palace and Sarr currently owns Liverpool and there's nothing we can do about it. I believe the Carabao cup won't be the only competition we will exit. Sad truth is that Liverpool is just a shell of it former self and the faster other fans of the club accept this new reality the less painful it becomes for them whenever they  lose disgracefully as they have done with Crystal palace tonight in the EFL. I smell a lack of confidence in the players and If it goes on with this bad results for the next 3 matches it will be Arne Slot losing his job because it  like Liverpool are playing to lose.

Haha, I don't know whether to believe you about Liverpool players intentionally playing bad to get the management to sack slot. This is because, I am under the impression that slot was good for the team and the boys were happy with him. Last season, I saw video interviews where some players testified to liking the man and his method of coaching. It's worth noting that Slot plays most of them at their preferred position with the exception of Szoboszlai who Slot often play at right back this season despite having 2 right backs at his disposal.

Yeah, Chelsea got the only championship side remaining in the competition as others will get to play their fellow Premier league teams. It's an added advantage to Chelsea but at the same time, they shouldn't underestimate Cardiff, they fought to be in the quarter finals against all odds. Other EPL teams that all started the competition has dropped and they are still here which tells a lot about how hard they've fought to still remain in the competition.

Considering the recent performance Chelsea is displaying, I don't think they stand a decent chance to beat Wolves today. Of course, I will be surprised if they manage to get a victory despite Wolves too is not in good shape. As for Manchester City, it's a must win game for them even if they play their second eleven team against Swansea. Newcastle and Tottenham match should be a tough game for both teams but just like you assumed, Newcastle stand a better chance of advancing to next stage either through regular play time or through penalty shootout.

Is it shocking to see Chelsea winning against Wolves?    Because I meant Wolves' eliminating Chelsea would be shocking instead. I hope you don't see Wolves the same as Sunderland which Chelsea lost to. There is a huge gap in performance in the Premier League.

All of my predictions on the matches won but I wish I placed a bet on them in a combined betslip... Now in the quarter finals, I'm expecting Chelsea, Manchester City and Newcastle all to win. But about Arsenal I can't be sure as their opponent is Crystal Palace.

Anybody noticed he stepped up and showed some responsibilities since joining Chelsea?! He was outstanding during the game in my opinion and should get the start up ahead of Garnacho come weekend against Tottenham Hotspur. He got himself on the scoreline with that wonderful technique of his. That was some top tier shit which I wasn't expecting from him in whatever way. Him alongside the young Brazilian Estaveo should be part of the first eleven to kick off the game most definitely.

I will also favor Manchester to city win in the bet against Brentford. I also agree with you that Chelsea and Newcastle will be the favorites in the upcoming bets. However, for the Arsenal vs. Crystal Palace match, I think I will favor Arsenal in the upcoming bets. But of course, we won't know what will happen later because the match is still a long way off, so I might change my mind when the League Cup resumes, as a team's performance can change over time.

But certainly, all the teams advancing to the quarterfinals will be highly motivated to win the trophy, especially for those not currently in the top four of the English Premier League standings. This will undoubtedly fuel their ambition to secure the Carabao Cup trophy. May we all be fortunate in our bets for the upcoming Carabao Cup matches.
