I'm a Liverpool fan and yet I couldn't bring myself to watch today's game so I'm not too worried because I didn't put myself through the stress and pain of another Liverpool disasterclass. From what I see on X, I can confirm that Crystal Palace and Sarr currently owns Liverpool and there's nothing we can do about it. I believe the Carabao cup won't be the only competition we will exit. More to come.

Sad truth is that Liverpool is just a shell of it former self and the faster other fans of the club accept this new reality the less painful it becomes for them whenever they  lose disgracefully as they have done with Crystal palace tonight in the EFL. I smell a lack of confidence in the players and If it goes on with this bad results for the next 3 matches it will be Arne Slot losing his job because it  like Liverpool are playing to lose.

Haha, I don't know whether to believe you about Liverpool players intentionally playing bad to get the management to sack slot. This is because, I am under the impression that slot was good for the team and the boys were happy with him. Last season, I saw video interviews where some players testified to liking the man and his method of coaching. It's worth noting that Slot plays most of them at their preferred position with the exception of Szoboszlai who Slot often play at right back this season despite having 2 right backs at his disposal.

Losing Jota also didn't help too. At the end of the day, when it rains, it pours.

The implication of that remark do not suggest that the Liverpool players are deliberately losing the matches for Arne Slot to be dismissed, highlighting their struggles with how the losses has been in streaks for Liverpool, is though their next match will be another loss in waiting. This what I mean, dude.

But Liverpool has been winning matches in the beginning of the season? It is natural that Diogo Jota death may be bounding badly on his team mates with all the memories, they have to be strong, death is inevitable.

Last match in premier league, Arsenal success defeating Crystal Palace 1-0 trough goals scoring by Eze as Crystal Palace player former, if not make huge rotation in EFL Cup quarter round match I think Arsenal is favorite team will qualify to semifinal than Crystal Palace. But can't predicting yet about starting line will Mikel Arteta rotation all players and giving more minutes playing to youth players?

Other games based on my prediction, Manchester City, Newcastle United and Chelsea absolutely will qualify to semifinal round and interested looking the defending champion Newcastle United will success defend their last season trophy? Last season we saw crystal palace win Manchester City and claim the FA cup which is something that no one expected and even went as far as also winning Liverpool to clinch the community shield trophy making their stand a really competitive one and am sure arsenal and even Manchester City won't take these games at hand for joke because Brentford also showed class by winning Liverpool too so I won't be surprised if strange results were to be the outcome in the next round of the carabao cup.

You already know that the two games you mentioned will be the games that fans will be more interested in seeing the outcome because Arsenal is undefeated in the league but they are playing against a Crystal Palace side that knows how to defeat a strong opponents likewise Manchester City game against Brentford they are going to fight to ensure that Manchester City doesn't defeat them and that will be the things fans will be looking forward to seeing.

There is no undergo in that fixture between Arsenal and Manchester City one of them will give way for the other teams to play in the final with a stronger opponents I think that's what we will get to see in the games.

Did anyone even surprised to see Liverpool losing after the lineups were announced? Arne Slot just wanted to focus on the PL instead and didn't want to risk or tire his players here.

To tell the truth, the only team I can't be completely sure of is Arsenal here.    Because they face Crystal Palace in this stage. It'll depend on if Arteta rotates again.

We weren't surprised to see the line-up Liverpool announced for the EFL Carabao Cup match, as they only considered the team's number 10 player to be experienced in that squad but the other players were complete strangers and their performances were inconsistent. Crystal Palace are going through a busy time at the moment and they are trying to give hundred percent effort in every match and try to pick up the win. It may not be right that Liverpool are focusing on the Premier League because you examine their performance in that competitive tournament,Liverpool have lost four consecutive matches there.

My predictions for the semi finals in the EFL Cup - if I saw the bracket right:

- Chelsea v Manchester City
- Newcastle v Arsenal

The EFL Cup semi-final matches between these teams could be very exciting, if they can reach that level because Chelsea Football Club won their last Carabao Cup match against Wolves in a very difficult way, there was even such drama at this stage in the match that it looked like the match would be a draw because a Wolves player scored in the 91st minute,and he completely pulled the situation and the momentum of the match towards his team.
By the way, Manchester City won this Carabao Cup match without any pressure, but my idea their goal difference to win the match was not much against Swansee, this underdeveloped team could not put up much resistance against the city giants.

Is it shocking to see Chelsea winning against Wolves?    Because I meant Wolves' eliminating Chelsea would be shocking instead. I hope you don't see Wolves the same as Sunderland which Chelsea lost to. There is a huge gap in performance in the Premier League.

I expected Chelsea to win the match, I wasn’t suprise that Chelsea won the match, the only thing that surprised me in the match was how Chelsea played in the second half of the match. Chelsea played well in the first half of the match, and after scoring their 3rd goal I started paying less attention to the match, because I was just so sure that they have won the match already, but to my greatest surprise wolves scored 3 goals in the second half of the match, and Chelsea fans were just frustrated before the match ended.

All of my predictions on the matches won but I wish I placed a bet on them in a combined betslip... Now in the quarter finals, I'm expecting Chelsea, Manchester City and Newcastle all to win. But about Arsenal I can't be sure as their opponent is Crystal Palace.

I expect Chelsea to win their quarter final match because they will be playing against a weaker team. Actually chelsea shouldn’t underestimate Cardiff, but I feel the match will even be a easy win for Chelsea, Maresca won’t gamble a match like this, because immediately you lose, then you are out of the competition.

I would've preferred to see another Arsenal vs Liverpool showdown but it was not to be. However, if I would pick any team to go head to head with arsenal this season, Crystal Palace will be one of the few teams to make the cut seeing that they have already beaten Liverpool like 3 times this season and we're not even halfway across the season 

I'm backing Arsenal to win the Carabao cup. They're the best team on paper currently.

One thing am sure of this season is the fact that Mikel Arteta is facing all matches with a must win approach. Even if he decides to keep some players, the players to be used are almost equal to the ones on the pitch. That is the upper hands Arsenal has this season, there squad depth. And not just low class players, they are all good players, all 22 of them. I think Arsenal should win major trophies this season, and this caraboa cup should be one of them, no doubt.

It's not always easy to win a trophy, it means you have to defeat all other strong giants, and as we can see, they still have the likes and city, Chelsea, Fulham and Newcastle. But they have to fist defeat crystal palace before they face others. A though one for them I must say, because thses teams are not easy way pass

I know Arsenal just defeated them in the PL. It was a tough one also though. Things might change in the Carabao Cup. Rotations etc... If Arsenal play the match with their main lineup then I would favour them certainly.

Chelsea are tittle hungry, let's see if that shaky defence of theirs will help them help them against Cardiff. Arsenal struggled with defeating  clubs like this last season. They have a win already against them this season. This should be the next.
