Just last night Manchester City after beating Brentford 2 - 0 at the Etihad and Newcastle after beating Fulham 2 - 1 joins Chelsea in the Semi final of the EFL cup. Now they await either Arsenal or Crystal Palace who plays few days from now to join them. I'm hoping Arsenal pulls through and I want them to be paired either with Chelsea or Manchester City for the semis. I just want to enjoy the semi final and the final because it's almost certain that 2 big teams will meet up in the finals.

We saw match of Manchester City football team which they played against Brentford football team in that EFL Cup . That was one sided game because only one team played well in this match And opponent team could not perform well in this match. The shots of Brentford football team were very low in this match which were only 3 and 3 shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was 40 percent in this match but opponent team possession was great in this match and that was the reason they won this match easily as their stats was good in this match and they did back to back 2 goals in this match which was requirement of the match. We saw no goal by Brentford team And they lose the match at the end.

Dude, don't worry! Glasner awre about that and he did heavy rotation in the conference league game. His team is getting more time to rest, and be ready to face Leeds and Arsenal in a row. He knows it's not ideal to let his mainteam to play several games just in six days. So he did it.

Even though Chelsea hasn't won for 4 games in a row, but Maresca is developing a team for future progress. The rotation was indeed heavy and very daring else, I don’t see how you would go for a game and not foot capable strikers or at least, allow Nketia to have more playing time and fit in the starting line up. He held on towards the end of the game when he saw how close his team could be to loosing. Preparing for the games ahead but, he needed to get points from the KuPs fixture though and he got it. It would have been a shocker to have them loose.

Garnacho is not really worth the hype, especially since he's from a rival club. He needs more than just time to develop into the player he's hoping to be.

Garnacho's performance was very poor. When I saw his performance against Newcastle United, he was incredibly poor. Even compared to the substitutes, he was still a good substitute. I wonder what Enzo Maresca was thinking when he didn't take Garnacho off when he was clearly performing poorly. If only Enzo Maresca had taken Garnacho off, Chelsea might have won against Newcastle. A player like Garnacho doesn't deserve to be at a big club.

For me, Arsenal or Palace still owned 50:50 chance to win. You said that fact Palace has been so awful in the last games, true. However, Arsenal is also dropping so hard by only won their last two games with two OG combined with one pen against Wolves and Everton.

So it's hard to determine, which team to win, though it's obvious Arsenal has proper defense. However, there will always be a surprise when it comes to the cup battle like this as any team will try harder, than their laegue game consider they have only one chance to try.

Based on that i'm rooting on Palace. My choice is being opposite to you, but for the betting purpose, btts is my preferred choice.

Fulham came and put up a performance to their credit, but over the 90+ minutes, Newcastle deserved to win the chance to proceed. Yoanne Wissa and Lewis Miley scored wonderful goals Btw.

Fantastic that Wissa got his first goal for being exactly where he supposed to be and come on, Miley was slick with that header! This lad is good and makes progress with every match.
But, there's a big problem ahead of them, Man city. Not just that, they have a couple of very tough opponents before it gets to the due date... I hope they don't run into exhaustion after the FA cup 3rd round.

Arteta kept Eze, who was a big difference against Crystal Palace in our last game, on the bench all through. I would also like to see Gabriel Jesus start ahead of Gyokeres; he looks more promising for Arsenal right now to me than Gyokeres does.

We have been struggling and underperforming in recent games with player fatigue and the numerous injuries, but I think we are getting back to our best.

Arsenal is well equipped to beat crystal palace if only they are ready to prioritise this game, they are already contending for the EPL title and might consider exiting the EFL in order to avoid much distractions in their bid to win the title hence arsenal might as well field a weak team if necessary but if Arsenal considers the EFL an important task then I don't think crystal would be able to stop them as they have all it takes to beat crystal palace and proceed to the next stage of the EFL.

This is definitely going to be a strong match for both sides, this isn't the premier league competition that the opponent would have chance to meet each other again, here every team is going to come out with full force to try to advance into next stage of the competition, however based on Arsenal current form and performance, I didn't see them losing to crystal, they most likely going to advance to the semi final stage with Chelsea.
