I only go for one or two matches in a week. That is my own finding value. Gambling often is the reason some people are losing. Another value that I found is to be gambling with the amount of money that I can afford to lose. That is why I prefer casinos that sports.  Sport betting is too boring for me than to watch matches but casinos games are opposite and lively with staking little amount of money with it.

It is virtually impossible to bet on all available football matches, we have hundreds or thousands during weekends from the different leagues.
Staking on the games you can study properly helps, but does not guarantee profits in the long run.
I watch a lot of the top 5 football leagues and spend more time analyzing the matches for fun, this does not guarantee I win my bets in the long run.

I agree with you OP, when you are betting on almost all the matches, your chance of winning will be very slim and you will not have the proper knowledge on all the matches or analysis that might help you bring your long closer. Betting on few matches which is easy to analysis will help the bettor a lot because he will have time to make a proper research on the clubs involved.

NO matter how small the profit is, I'm OK with it. One thing that a gambler should consider is betting for fun and not for profit so that you don't loose on your gambling activities. My placed my bet on three matches today which Arsenal didn't give me any win because they played a draw game.

I think the article pertaining value bets which is very popular method on sports betting. It’s not about limiting yourself on betting with few matches that you can analyze well but rather it’s all about finding a match that has an odds higher than the true odds to have a higher profit. Bookmaker is not perfect so they always have an error on setting odds on some matches that gives value on your bet.

Why bet on all available matches, those of us who have knowledge of the favorite team or some other big leagues are still difficult to win in the long run especially with all matches at stake then this will be impossible, we can judge in the analysis we have, we have limitations then the analysis is already popular matches.

I do not guarantee long-term winning in sports betting, but will try to do my own analysis on the matches that will be bet on. Honestly can't afford to bet more matches even if it's a random selection entered in the parlay then in the end you will lose because of guessing randomly.

It is true that sports betting sites can make mistake by setting higher odd that it is required for a team, but do not let that deceives you sometimes. You need to check the players that are playing and also check if the club is playing well. I have seen such mistakes before but it is very rare and not common. I do not think it is worth it to be looking for such odd when there are many other good matches that you can bet on.

Analyzing both teams and betting on the team that I find better would be my way to find value.
Like what you said, it's impossible to analyze every single game available for betting so what I'm doing is that, I'm trying to bet on a single sport (which is basketball), will try to learn the teams around it, and make myself updated on what's happening with different teams so that analyzing would be much easier.

Limiting the number of bets or making "WELL-STUDIED" bets will not guarantee us the win if we are betting especially on sports. I don't know if it's just me, but we know that there are some games where we expect that Team A will win because of how good the players are, or there are some that are injured or whatever factors it is, but the opposite will happen. This is rare, but we know it's happening. This is the reason why I find analyzing both teams a bit useless because of these scenarios, but I'm not saying that it isn't helpful at all.

If you are active in playing sports gambling you can make an early bet to the game such as match winners or make a position already for the sub-category of the events, there's nothing wrong make a multiple bets if you are confident but me I do single bet every game because I love watching the game itself so while enjoying the game you can have an idea with your bet if it has a potential or not, recently most of the casino offering chance to the player if they want to cut their losses and its a good deal if you can watch the game because at least you didn't lose most of your bet.

Even if we are not talking about the win rate. It’s still physically impossible to cover all the matches with bets due to the time constraints and the limited amount your bankroll is.

Your bankroll is not enough even betting at minimum to bet on all the possible betting option on each since there’s tons of category already aside from ML game including Asian, props and so on.

The essence of sports betting is bet on the match that you are following to add excitement and thrill while watching it. Placing bets on random match is not different by playing games that is pure luck based game.

It's always going to be risks and rewards when you look at the odds. Whichever team you are trying to root for, you are going to be weighing huge wins but more risky or less risky. There are strategies you can come up with the longer you keep betting on such sports and you find value even when the odds don't look good.

For me, higher-ranking teams are good for parlays. Less risky if they play against lower-rank teams.

I do agree with this opinion because although we are the fans of the particular sports such as football but it's hard to keep up and predict the matches from different league so that's why to gets optimum results from our bets then people should be stick to the matches which they have good knowledges and they sure can win from those matches and for me personally i will be more prefer to bets 2 or 3 matches weekly

For this method usually i was avoiding the matches between the mediocre teams because although the bookies provide high odds for this kind of matches but it is risky because the fight between weak teams is hard to predicted and usually for sport bets i was often to bets on big teams from Europa and this is run well for me although the odds for big teams usually low but i think this method is quite safe

It is impossible for anyone to bet on any/every game, as we supposed to bet only on the game we understand most sport bettors has their niche which are only limited to few sports even in that they don't often bet on every games.

I can tell you that this is true, there are times when I went on to bet on cricket and basketball games which I knew nothing about - I just switched to that section and selected some games with very low odds and thought they had greater chance of winning and at the end of the game (it was a parlay, I accumulated several games to increase my total odds) I didn’t even win one of them - they whole ticket was basically red all through.

I don’t do too much sport betting - but when I want to bet I make sure it involves teams or players that I know the nitty gritty of their games, their strength and also their weaknesses and check if they have a chance of winning the game or not - that’s how I usually bet on my games and majority of them have turned out to be good for me.

Finding value in sports betting is a factor that can only be ascertain with careful analysis, responsible gambling, and luck, of which thou these three factors plays an important role, the total number of game odds been gambled upon also plays a major role into leveraging the risk factor involved, because one thing I have noticed about gambling is that the higher the odds, the more riskier it becomes, which is why if you truly want to have value in gambling, it's always advisable to reduce the amount of Sport game combo you gamble on.

Obviously I sometimes place bets just for fun, without any commitment to making a profit, but usually I bet on the championships that I have the most knowledge about and I can follow closely
For me, that would be the “value” you mentioned, games that I understand and that the odds are worth the risk/reward

Sometimes, odds of 1.20 have value for me because I can combine with more bets, like in Portuguese championship, and sometimes even odds like 1.80 or more doesn't make sense to me and I prefer not to bet

There are different kinds of sports we can bet on globally. There is no way one can even bet on all the football games globally. There are different leagues in different countries and also different levels. For me, I prefer to bet on only games I have an interest in. Football is my best sport and I usually place bets on games in major leagues. The English League is popular in my country so it is always easy to analyze by discussing matches with club fans. It is also not easy to bet on all the games, so I usually restrict my bet to a few games I have researched.

I always tell people that are into sports betting especially the newbies, just because you see an odd of 1.04 or less doesn't make it a sure pick,  a guy used over 100 thousand naira to place a bet of three odds and he accumulated over 10 games to get that odd, he picked a single option which was over 0.5 In all the games without proper analysis and he ended up having a cut three. I don't play sports betting lately but when I feel like staking I carefully do my research and pick a game or two that gives a high value instead of going for peanut odds
