It's a strategy that can work for people who have a lot of emotional control.
This gambling pattern is certainly quite frustrating for most people and I doubt that many of them can maintain consistency in these bets after a few dozen losing bets.

I don't think so, this is more likely playing the lottery. I tried this one before, like in our local lottery for example you can make multiple bets between numbers 00-99, and then there is only 1 winning number per draw.
So if you bet multiple times and win, consider your losses on other numbers. So for me, betting on these kinds of games must be go for luck and the amount must depend on you, like the one you can afford to lose or an amount that you don't mind.

When playing such games, it is completely stupid to have any expectations of winning, I sometimes do the same and also never really expect any winning cus with 95 percent chances of losing, it means that one will need an extreme level of luck to come out victorious, and some times, it does happen.

Yeah it would help but how long?
It still boils down to luck.
Even an odd of 1.05 could fail so applies to risky move.
It can be considered a strategy though as long it is not done blindly.

It's quite plausible, but it still rely's on your capital that would decide your definition of small amounts
