I was a little surprised by the match between Poland vs Portugal, I mean I don't think Poland lost with a score of 1-3 because in my opinion both teams are at the same level but unfortunately Poland can't do much and this is the second defeat for Poland.

Same level? Did you see how Portugal outplayed Poland in midfield? Did you see how they caged Robert Lewandoski and made him look one of these upcoming strikers? They Portugal really pushed Poland to the curb and made sure that they controlled the game. Having both Bruno Fernandes and Bernado Silva in midfield helped dominate the game and they was very direct linking up with Cristiano Ronaldo. I will not forget to also give flowers to both Pedro Neto and Raphael Leao yesterday, they did great I must say ( As they made the wings effective ). I saw the first half of the game but not the second half though.

I am already mostly skeptical about Ronaldo's performances at the top level, but he continues to surprise. Always maximum motivation, always works at 100%. If they can play like this against very strong opponents, then they could go far in the World Cup. In general, Nations League isn't most exciting thing to watch. But today we don't have A division games, and most of games in Bc or C league today is so difficult to watch, don't even know why I'm doing it. Most of games there is low scoring, without much action.
Only want to mention Gibraltar goalkeeper saving penalty on last minute, saving his team from loss.

I can't watch these games, I prefer to just follow the results. Sometimes I think that the coaches look at these games as friendly games.

It was so interesting to see Greece beat England. This has never ever happened before and I can't undestand what went wrong for England. Were they not giving their best?

Greece had asked UEFA to postpone the match due to the unexpected death of George Baldock. I guess for UEFA, you can't even mourn if it's gonna affect their money... Baldock had a career in Britain aside from to coming to play for the Greek national team too. He had ancestry from both countries. But in any case, Greece managed to win.

And I thought Greece was in a tough group because Ireland and England especially aren't bad teams and certainly have more tradition in football than Greece. And yet, here we are having Greece first in the group. Makes me think maybe the countries big in football may not be taking Nations League as seriously.

It is always a surprising thing to me whenever I see England been defeated because I know them as one of the squad with good players playing across all over Europe, they have quality players that are starters in big teams but their management is not using them well to get the desired result.

For today's game, I know that it will bring more goals because since the first half, I see how aggressive the players were and the coaches set um well with good matured performance by starting Jack Grealish over Foden because Saka was injured, and the match went well and they were able to win the match.
Nevertheless, I think the England squad need a good coach that can be using the players well so that the nation as a whole will always be proud of the players they have.

The England coach did not experiment in this game; he used a more usual arrangement, and that paid off for him because he was able to win the game in a very convincing manner. Three goals is enough to shut off any critic thinking he is not good enough from their last game.
Greece are focused on remaining top of the table ahead of England, and against Ireland as well, they are leading and could end up winners in this game with the progression of things.

Nevertheless, I think the England squad need a good coach that can be using the players well so that the nation as a whole will always be proud of the players they have.

It seems Thomas Tuchel is close to taking the job. It will be interesting to see him coach a national team.

Finland got a late goal too and the score line ended in a 3-1 win. It was a one sided game but it wasn't a boring one.

Although the England team won this match, the teams in the attack department are not performing well in finishing. Although the England team is currently second in Group B of the points table, the England team players have worked hard in today's game. England team in today's match 69% football England team in their control and rest it is 31 percent ball in their favor of Finland team. 
Although they are very close in attack, their luck is very bad as the Finland team tried hard and couldn't succeed in the end. And most of the gamblers were sure that the England team would win the match today, as the squad of players was much stronger than that of the England team.

Yeah Ronaldo wants to record history before he retires and that is one of the reasons why he always plays aggressive, in this tournament he has scored 3 goals in 3 matches and he will continue to try to score goals until the last match. In the next match Portugal will be against Scotland and this is the second match in this tournament because in the first leg Portugal beat Scotland with a score of 2-1

I'm sure Ronaldo can compete on the top score list and I can't imagine if Ronaldo win gold boots I mean as an old player, Erling Haaland might be one of its competitors who have scored 3 goals and  because Denmark also has the potential to qualify for the next round, I am not familiar with the players there except these 2 players.

It was so interesting to see Greece beating Ireland... I really didn't expect that good of a result on the group stage from Greece.

So Greece has secured a spot in the next round now presumably. But I'm a bit worried about the Greek team's form till matches in the next phase begin. It's likely that after the groups phase, Greece will be matced against an opponent that will be way above the team's ranks and it would be a huge challenge.

At least the draw is later this year, but the matches are next year. So We'll know what chances Greece has based on the draw opponent I guess.

Chll mate, this is only a nation league. But it's quite irritating to see the way England play on this game. They made too many mistakes. Walker had an awful pass. Palmer, who rarely got the ball, was better as a CAM instead of RW. It got a bit better once Medueke subbed in. He is a better fit for RW than Palmer. And the ball is always being flanked to the left side (Grealish). But, overall, they're all look even more competent by playing at their actual positions. At least, a small improvement than when South Gate was there.

Portugal dominated with 18 shots (6 on target), 625 passes and 63 percent possession. Poland recorded 12 shots (4 on target), 348 passes and 37 percent possession. The statistics above are very clear, Portugal is superior to Poland in everything. Despite playing at the opponent's home ground. Portugal appeared dominant from the start of the match and pressed the host's defense, they played very disciplined in all lines, especially in the middle area which made Lewandowski have to drop into the middle line to pick up the ball. Overall Portugal played very well in this match, especially Ronaldo who kept scoring goals even though he is already 39 years old.

The coach is not a tactical coach, a tactically better coach will definitely outplay that English side he fielded against Finland honestly. He was also with the same traditional British style of playing football of the ball and pn the ball. You'd see his flaw when he Is against a good coach, I will see why they want a coach who is better. Is Thomas Tuchel the right name to mention? Ion think so but he is far better than this current manager. Pep Guadiola remains the name for them ahead of the world cup. Three goals can shut the critics for a short term not long term.

Lol Norway were humiliated by Austria, although the mistakes are on the defenders, but the medias are talking about Haaland since he's the captain on his team. All the pressure are on him even though he didn't make any mistake.

It's good to see England try to back on the track by defeating Finland with 3 -1 score. England successfully dominated most of the time, their passing accuracy, shots were good enough. Jack Grealish Scored a first goal at 18th minutes behalf of England team and thus first half end. Second half started slowly but with time, it speed up and total three goals were scored. England footballer Alexander Arnold and D. Rice Scored goal at 74' and 84' minutes respectively. On the other hand, A. Hoskonen from Finland scored a goal at 87th minute. Some changes made by England Coach for play against Finland. Probably It worked but haven't found much development in their squad. I mean its true that they made many goals and won the match but many didn't like the way how they performed and they missed many opportunities due to lack of dedication and efforts. Cristiano Ronaldo is very ambitious, talented and professional and these personal traits help this man to prolong his career at higher levels than other players at his same age. In his career, by playing for many clubs in many leagues, he shown his capability to adapt to different league tactical styles and he actually played well in all clubs so far. It's really hard to find another player in future who can play as well as C Ronaldo in different leagues and for different big clubs.

With his ambition and professionalism, Ronaldo can expand his career to more than 2 or 3 more years and it sounds crazy to think this man will play till his 50s. He can do it if he want but surely he will have to play at lower leagues with time when his body is older, more ageing and his performances decrease with time too.
