I had a winning streak this weekend, and had in my account $6,448.95 USD.
I am in minus anyway, as you can see all; Around $4789 USD in negative.
I asked for a withdrawal of $1900.
They closed my account, told me that i broke their T&C because i am from Spain, and is a forbidden country, and sent to me 833 usd (in their own words, my last deposit), and took the rest of the money, and regret to pay anything else.

Didn't they tell you that you are coming from restricted country or didn't you notice that your country is under the restricted list so you keep on playing in this casino?
Sorry to say but I think you will not get any help in this forum since they have no active rep in this forum (last online was on February) so I suggest you to try casinoguru.
Assuming that your case is real, both parties (you and the casino) made a mistake related to the restriction rules unless you previously hide your original IP by VPN and they caught you eventually.
However, as it seems that they have made a decision for you by giving your last deposit back, I think there is nothing you can do more.
Pushing them through 3rd party service wont really help IMO because you are breaking the T&C intentionally or unintentionally.

I don't use any VPN or something. I use my IP, and always used it. It was even shown in the casino that my IP was in Spain. So in any case, the mistake is from both parts. Not only me.

While you are right about the fact that both sides made a mistake, you have to see that one side had a huge financial gain from this "mistake" and other other side has a loss.
So if this is common it would be easy to blame the site to freeroll players from restricted regions. They should not accept a player, given he plays under his real IP and not a VPN of course. There is a clear freeroll scenario in taking the money from the player if he loses and banning him if he wins.
If you are so concerned of only letting people play that are legally allowed to, set some security standards to prevent players from those regions to register and especially deposit in the first place.

While of course a player accepts the TOS when registering, so he/she should be aware of those rules. You could easily say it's simply their fault. Yet, the site also is at fault for not preventing this to happen. Other sites also have security in place for this, why not razed?

You are missing the fact that they are free rolling him by taking his money in the first place. They clearly saw that he was from Spain since he didn't hide his IP. Yet they happily accepted his deposits knowing if he wins they don't have to pay and if he loses it is what it is.
If you play at stake for example and you are from a banned region (according to their TOS) you instantly get a message when opening the site that you can't use the site from there, that's how it's supposed to be.
The way they handle it opens the door for this kind of free roll scenario, which really is scammy. Of course it's OP's fault since he didn't read the rules, that's no question. But I am sure razed knows exactly what they are doing there, this clearly is intentional.

I initiated a complain in casinoguru, and askgamblers.
This is their fault not mine, or in any case both fault. Casino, and mine.
In that case, or you give back the deposits, or the balance. But you don't take all the money for yourself. This is a non-sense.

If this is allowed, it means that i can open any business, and put in the T&C that every country is forbidden. Then, when someone subscribe any product from my website, i just take the money, because you broke the T&C.

Do you mean that your country is restricted or banned from this casino but you were still able to play on their platform using a vpn, right? Also, if you have screenshots that prove that you have the amounts you said, you can use them as evidence so that you can at least get what you are supposed to get.

Now if you don't have proof, even if it's just screenshots, I think it will be even harder for you to recover the funds you want to recover from the casino platform you used, dude.

DONT let them bully you like they bully others. they are also refusing to pay me my 500$ but its not gonna go well because I will dig this till I get my money even if it takes me years.
