As long as they are responding to your messages and explaining what is missing or what is wrong with the documents you have provided and why they were rejected, there is still hope that your issue will be resolved. Just try to remain as calm as possible. You should also remain cooperative and provide all the information they request. My suspicions are that when the account was finally in the plus, and it wasn't some big 2-3k euros, the problems started. Before that, when the account was negative, it went without a problem.
