Although casino has the right to change terms of their competition or to stop/cancel the competition at anytime, but changing the terms in the middle of the competition is a red flag.
The screenshot you have just shared is for their $11,000 wagering contest, am I right? While they have changed the terms on the other competition where they did not pay you while you should be eligible for the $500 reward.
It means that they change terms as long as they want, my question since you are disqualified due to the change, did they give the $500 to the 2nd place player in the leaderboard or they simply keep the $500 for their own benefit?

Yes the screenshots are from the 11,000$ competition. This competition will end soon, it was a 30 days competition. They changed the rules in the middle of the competition because i told them that DICE and PLINKO was never forbidden in the competitions.

They did not pay out my 500$ and they have keep it for themself.

I just think it seems like betmode made a mistake, they changed the competition rules in the middle of the journey and xGennady didn't accept it, xGennady should have made an accusation of attempted fraud, because from what I see betmode shouldn't have done whatever they wanted, so there is doubt, it could be that all the competition participants were filled by themselves

They edited the content of the announcement thread, ended their signature campaign and stopped signing in into the forum or posting any updates. All of this happened just after some members started raising concerns about the fairness of their contests and about some other issues.

It would have been better if they had just addressed all of them and gave their side of the story, instead of vanishing like that, which raises more doubts about them.

From negative PoV, yes the coming soon may refer to something bad such as more issues are coming soon, more complaints are coming soon, LOL.
Of course from positive PoV, it may refer to that they will launch something new or something big but with their inactivity since they edited the OP, seems that we cant think about it positively.
The case reported by xGen above make it even worse because they do not try to come here and clarify what is happening, at least give a reasonable explanation about what they did by changing rules in the middle of the competition as well as not paying xGen as a result of what they did.

Honestly, not changing anything on the starting post would have been much better than changing it to "COMMING SOON". Provided, of course, everything is good with BETMODE, which I doubt now is the case.

Coming back? I have a feeling they are never coming back here. Changing the OP and the title to COMING SOON is more like a sign that they have official exited the forum where they know that they are going to most likely face a big backlash from their way of conduct.

It is crazy how a service can spend some good amounts in marketing only to break the trust and disappear just like that.

Frankly speaking, I can say that I am a victim of this change because I tried to participate in the $11k wager race before they changed the rules. I am pretty sure that Plinko was not on the list of restricted game for the race but after I wagered some (lost some as well) fully on plinko game, I realized that my username is not on the leaderboard although I think with what I have wagered, I should be at least on top 25. After checking the terms back, I was surprised that Plinko is added on the ineligible games for the race. At that time I wanted to post a complaint in this thread but I had no proof, good thing is that xGennady took a screenshot.

I think this is the last time we have seen them in this forum. I assume they are not going to come back to this forum anymore. Coming soon tells everything. They are not coming back anymore. There are too many allegations, and we have yet to see any kind of logical response from them. Since the website is still operating, but they just wiped out their thread, I assume they are just disappearing from this forum.

One thing I know is that it doesn't matter how good a casino looks. If it cannot operate its business on a forum where freedom of speech exists, it is not going to be a good casino. There will be something shady.

Have you brought this issue to the casino platform yet? Because if what you mentioned is true, it seems like it's my first time reading about such a concerning issue with a casino.

Well they mishandle everything that's why they fail. If they manage to take good care their community here for sure that there's good chance they succeed here. But since they choose to be questionable and evasive then expect to see their fall down.

They cannot handle any community if they have bad intentions. In this case, many players accuse them of being scammers. They did not pay those players. They only pay if there is some kind of pressure from the community. If a casino plans not to pay the winners, they can be labeled as scammers. Betmode already erased their thread, and I feel they are not returning.

If there are any victims, they should create a complaint thread on Askgambler and Casino Guru to see if they can help. I don't see they coming back here. We will see if anything changes in the future.

As for review site ratings, I think money talks! Even a scam casino can change the ratings of review sites, remove bad reviews from Trustpilot, and manipulate the ratings of review sites. I don't know what a newbie player should consider before they pick a casino.

Not really sure what happen to this casino, it seems that they have started very well in this community, even had a good run at a signature campaign. I still do received a similar emails from them, but just totally ignore it.

In any case, their first post was deleted already and that is a red flag. Just very unfortunate things happening on a casino that want to established their reputation here.
