Bitcoin that are not kyc is enough for the government to convince the people that the have privacy already. Anything outside this will be term as criminal activity and that's why all the mixers that I know in this forum despite ban from here doesn't exist again. Only few are still in existence and I'm sure that if the government can track down the servers where they are been hosted, the file and the domain is going to be sieze.

The government hasn't said anything about Bitcoin but you can see that we are almost going to $100k which is a very interesting part for Bitcoin. No traditional marketers will be happy about the run of Bitcoin trust me and since the government priorize traditional market than any market, regulations is paramount, it will come and we are going to accept it whether we like it or not.

Bitcoin almost reach $100k so that can happen before the end of this year unless there will be many bad news happens in the rest of this two months. If that is really happen, we may not see $100k before the end of the year and still need patience to wait for more. I do not deny the positive impact of his victory on the market these days and his market policies will have a significant impact on the development of bitcoin. But it would be incorrect to say that bitcoin would not have reached $100k or would not have continued to grow if he had not enacted pro-crypto policies.

As you must have observed that before Trump was elected, the outflow of ETF increased, which means people withdrew their funds because the majority of people believed that Trump could not win and if he didn't win there could be a dump in the market. Despite Trump being elected, the market saw a sustainable pump within a few hours. So, I also believe that Trump can give us an extra boost in the bull run. There is no doubt that Bitcoin can cross $100,000 without Trump's pro crypto policy. But Trump's crypto stances may take us into a bull cycle sooner than actual time.

You’re probably right but I’m pretty sure not everyone thinks the same way, there are still lots of people that truly acknowledge the importance of the services offered by mixers and so may have quite different point of view about it. That being said, we do not know what Trump’s view on mixers is or is likely to be, but I have a feeling he’s have a different view of mixers. With recent events happening with bitcoin I guess it shows great indication that better future coming ahead with bitcoin and to its users. I guess those skeptical politician cannot do anything if Trump will be all out on bitcoin and implement some law that can help bitcoin to be more recognize or used in their country.

There's also plan or proposition to consider bitcoin as their reserve. If America or Trump administration will confirm that and make it happen then its expect that there's another good run will happen on bitcoin. That's why everything became more exciting with Bitcoin nowadays since we see huge potential for growth knowing many institutions is now showing up their interest to acquire this coin. Also I guess we just need to have faith in this new administration since I guess people expect a lot that Trump would deliver to his released promises to people.

In the short term it is possible with the victory achieved by Trump making rapid progress for Bitcoin on the market and we can see the price that continues to rise and is close to the $ 100K number. The level of people's trust in Bitcoin increases gradually and it is not only influenced by the presidential election process in America. If they support it and I think our desires are all involved in Bitcoin, surely expecting a level of progress in some of the technologies created.

We can hope that mixers and other exchanges can be far more developed with regulations but whether it will benefit the government. Especially if the exchange that does not require KYC and I think any government will definitely not support it to develop because of privacy reasons not to provide access to them.

I think that as part of the Bitcoin Act, there is a section or clause that says that mixers facilitate anonymous transactions and are thus non-compliant with AML and KYC regulations which might make them a target for confiscation or asset "forfeiture"
