You can try to stale but at the end you really need to follow the casino rule of meeting the wagering requirement.  It is not the casino fault but yours.  You can try to do your plan of contacting them since there is no harm in trying.  I hope the customer support will be reasonable and have compassion of understanding that you made an unintentional extra deposit.  If they don't then all you have to do is to meet the requirement.  You can try playing on dice wagering with the highest possible winning chance.  This way you can posibly minimize your losses.

If I were the guy, I won't even bring this issue you in the public domain, because one can get confused with multiple options, so he should have wagered since and come out with whatever outcome he meet, this is very important, because there is no way out if this right now, and since he must face the hard road of having to play with all the money 100% it necessary to start at once.
