I do not think the customer care will help you. It would be in their ToS that any money deposited into the gambler's gambling site account will be used to gamble before it can be withdrawn.

But it is better you should try and contact their customer care than doing nothing about it.

The truth is it may not work for many gamblers because they are not patient. Some gamblers will gamble with all the money and may later be regretting it. I have not made such mistake before. If it is money, it is good to check and recheck the address and the amount of money someone wants to send. I noticed this is a very common mistake. Some people mistakenly had one zero before sending it to someone. This happened to my sister just two days ago. Not a gambling site but to someone. Luckily the person sent it back. But it is good to check and recheck the address to avoid loss of money.

You have sent 1000 USD worth of crypto instead of 100 USD by mistake? Doesn't your crypto wallet support the "Are you sure you want to send X amount of crypto to this wallet?" feature? Such popup should appear in every normal crypto wallet, before you are about to send any funds anywhere. Such feature exists even in most fiat payment methods. Unfortunately, you can't as you have said, they have a wagering requirement and so you really need to bet everything mate. But who knows, you really might go all in or just go with sports bet and see how it goes for you.

If that's what they say there is no other way to follow their rules. But just try to contact their representative first and tell them what your problem is, they should help you because they are a new casino, they will definitely try to provide the best service to you to attract other potential customers. In your own case at Hatchy it a different ball game all together because you claimed a bonus and at the same time you failed to read the TOS of the casino and bonuses terms and conditions, but in the case of the ops, I think he should just go by reading the terms and conditions as regards to deposits and withdrawals, if he can be able to meet the requirements he will be able to withdraw, because if the casino is a centralised casino, the ops will be subject to anti money laundering laws which mandate every deposit to wagering conditions to be ment before withdrawal is available.

I think it's very important to cross check before making a deposit so that we don't make the mistake of doing so, but to be honest, I think for a new casino that OP doesn't know about the support and requirements of course putting in $100 is actually too risky and I don't know why OP dares to do it?

He is not panicking if I'm not mistaken, he just wanted to get back that $900.00 that he over deposited on that casino because there was a mistake on his side.
