If you want to see what your food contains, read the ingredients. If you want to see the rules of a casino, read the terms and conditions. In the T&Cs it says that the casino can request verification any time they believe it's necessary. That's the rule you comply with by opening an account at almost every crypto casino.
In all casino ANN threads on this forum you can find people who have been gambling there but have not been asked to perform KYC. However, you will also find those where that's not the case. That's why I said that it's no KYC by default but it can change anytime.
