How was the issue resolved? I have been following this up since your first post and really wanted to know what the support explained was the reason for the delay. I have not done any deposit into Casinopunkz using the BSC network, but on some other centralised services, the BSC network deposit usually arrives not almost in an instant but after a certain number of confirmations have been done. But in some cases, if you check through history, you can see it under incoming.
