Thanks everyone! it helped confirm problem was on my side.

I found the culprit when I tried to disable every trackers and ad-blocker I have. I did disable ublock origin at first but I think I forgot the built-in one in the browser. I think it is the issue.

And thanks for the nice deposit bonus. For slots and live games only (apparently no slot is excluded from the promo according from support), but no max win cap and low wager.
