Seems like you are the only forum users still playing at Punkz occasionally. There is an option to track the wager manually. You have to calculate it through the earned XP after making a deposit. However, it won't be possible you are playing the provably fair games as those don't generate any XP's. Anyway, it is indeed a biggest drawback of Punkz as there is no way to check the wager amount in a normal way.

There are of course, some nuances, like deposit wagering tracking when you don't see any progress, and the handicaps aren't always the best option. There's no sense for them to use VPN because if they hit big win, there's really a chance that those things what you have said will happen and those players will encounter a withdrawal issues.

Also its sole responsibility for people to know if their jurisdiction has banned. If they know that their government declare online gambling is illegal, then their country always shows on restricted list on lots of casino then better to follow those restrictions and don't play to avoid having any serious problems.

That's quite classic that trying to break ToS will lead to very unhappy ending. Because when a person broke ToS of a company, he was at a disadvantage side but honestly I am not a lawyer to completely understand about it too well and accurately as how law enforcement will be applied with ToS and a website operation.

For example, if ToS does not allow people from a nation to join a site and use a service but the online site does not block and disallow that person in account registration, what will happen next?

Later, the site can terminate the user account but if it it pulled out after the user funded account, bet and won big, I am not sure how the user will lose this case and how the company can defend itself against any lawsuit from the user.

It's about law, and as said I am not an expert in this field, so as a normal user, not expertise in law, I would like to take care of my money by obeying to a service's ToS.

There is also a term that anyone from country where game of chance is prohibited should not play in Punkz, in this case means that they should not accept players from my country as well but in fact I'm in the same boat because I have made few deposits and withdrawals here long time ago.
Frankly, I did not notice about this term long time ago so I was not worrying about this thing, but now as there is such a terms so it is better to avoid Punkz and maybe Punkz should also become more active in informing players (new players) when their system detect that players come from restricted country/jurisdiction.

I believe the main problem in this is the absence of good geo blocking. Players who have a clearly identified restricted country should not be allowed to register or deposit if possible. In the first place. Otherwise it has the potential to cause confusion for the player and the casino. Particularly when it comes to subsequent withdrawals. I also feel these restrictions should be a lot more prominent when registering with Punkz. Many users won't review all of the terms before they make their initial deposit. So this is not sufficient. If a warning would be given or auto location check. It would be a safer solution and would not let players reach the restriction after depositing and playing.

The terms of Punkz were same for the restricted countries from the beginning. I didn't bother to check the restricted countries while creating an account here. Because I have never seen my country name in the restricted jurisdiction list at any casinos in the past, and Punkz never shows any warnings about country restrictions. I had lost my deposits here, never made any withdrawals from Punkz.
