Ending poverty involves the collective effort of both the government and the individuals. The government has a major role to play in making sure that the people lift themselves out of poverty. The government do this when they diversify the economy, create employment opportunities, make available amenities for the smooth running of businesses, encourage both foreign and local investors, give incentives to entrepreneurs etc.

If all these stated above have already been made available by the government, people will definitely feel motivated to pursue their dreams and make money out of it. Anyone who still ends up poor in such a perfect environment created by the government has himself to blame for being poor.

Yeah, all this you mentioned needs to be provided by the government, but that doesn’t mean with all this you mention we can see the end of poverty. No matter what, they still have people that are poor and will still remain poor because, in some cases, they are jobs that only the poor can do, and if everyone made it in life, then who would do those duties or works? That is why I’m some cases the government only minimizes poverty, not bringing the end of it, because the poverty also influenced the country in both a negative and positive way. So no matter what, poor people always have their advantage and the reason to stay poor.
 
Let’s take an instant when everyone is rich in a country, and they will be able to afford anything. Who did you think would become a car repairman when the car is faulty? No one, so they will buy another one, and if that continues, it will affect their inhabitants, which might make them sick, and since everyone is rich, no one works to get paid anymore, meaning no health personnel to attend to anyone anymore.

However, most form of productivity, on the long run, always yield great rewards, but it demands hard work and consistency, which many individuals find stressful or difficult to handle.

This is 100% real. People that are productive with what they do always yield the rewards. It may not that be much at the beginning but having that is already a sign of doing a good job and having a good start.

The begining has scared away lots of potential good thinkers from executing their plans. However, it's not simple working on motives that are not yet proven to be reliable. Most beginners end up losing out so much hope and trust in the venture after few months of no profits. Hence, for people not to try, a lot goes on in their mind regarding failing in the business. Which is not right and a top reason for high rate for failure in the society.

Those that are scared of failures and afraid to try are the ones that don't reap the rewards. It's the same people that lack productive and eagerness in doing something better for themselves. Those that takes risks and just go with whatever the flow they are in with that risk, they're the ones that likely gets the most reward. It's very hard for most people to get out of poverty when they don't think about taking risk and having an initiative. They are already resorting or viewing the results of it without even having to try. So with those that keeps on trying, someday they will get out of poverty and they only need to hit that very thing that will bring them success once.

Although I'm a person who live with frugal lifestyle and can save 90% of my income, but I can understand not all people can't live the way I live. The fact that I don't feel happy even I can save a lot, you can cut your expense, but there's a consequence you need to pay.

Sometime these small spending not entirely bad, what if they get client because they dress well? what if the movies you watch on Netflix make you can have a conversation with other people that lead them to invite you to work in their company?

But I see in several places around me that there are many people who have not been able to think wisely and also creatively in improving their own standard of living so that they continue to be like that until now. In the material world, all resources are limited, which can't be possessed by everyone. Resources are distributed unevenly (even if they are distributed evenly, over time, uneven distribution in society will arise again) and this is how this world is arranged.

Initially I was thinking that people who are poor where due to lack of opportunities and the right environment for them to grow and develop themselves but today I heard a different view entirely I was told that poverty is what is inside of you so before you can become rich that you need to be rich inside of you, infact the person even said if you are poor inside of you even if you are given a $million that it will be a matter of time before that money will be wasted and you become poor again.

I mentioned this a little above. Resources are distributed unevenly not because of good (poor) and bad (rich) people, but because of regularities. The essence of which is what you are talking about: the poor don't know how to manage their "wealth". Remember the early BTC-investors who had hundreds and thousands of bitcoins. I think there are several factors:
- starting position (it's hard to become rich if you were born in a remote african village).
- learning ability and education (that same financial literacy).
- luck (being in the right place at the right time).

Either that, or they're just too lazy to do their job!  Maybe they just don't get that success takes real effort. Or could be they want an easy ride.  I've had staff like that - want all the perks but not keen to put in the grind.  Motivating them is a nightmare.  I want my team to hustle, get stuck in.  But some people... they are determined to do the bare minimum and just turn up for the pay check. From the employer side, it's frustrating to invest time and resources in employees who just coast along.

It is absolutely true that if a person is weak or poor from the heart, then it is not possible to remove poverty by him, but he will remain poor. Being rich and poor lives in the mind of every person. Who dream may be born poor but they never remain poor, and there are many who do not know how to dream, they only regret their poverty and those people are the real poor individuals. How someone will manage themselves is their responsibility.

If a person wants to become rich, he must first acquire knowledge and then through hard work and proper implementation of that knowledge, he can also become rich. But the biggest thing for this is desire. That is why being rich and being poor is completely individual perspective.

I think poverty have been one global menace that is very crucial to eradicate and majorly it's caused by so many factors of an individual which may include lack of planning, laziness of an individual also lack of opportunities in a country can cause individuals to go poor.and most individuals enjoys getting thsn putting in efforts for things that will generate income for them.

There are many reasons for being poor; among them may be that you cannot move forward due to the economic problems of your country and cannot fulfill your needs properly. On the other hand, some live a lazy life and consume all the financial resources they have, and when they run out, they need help finding a way to do so, due to which various problems arise among them, and they start becoming poor. Of course, and actually maybe I can say that they are nothing more than losers who only want something sweet but don't want to try especially when the chosen path is to build a career from zero, and in general work it is actually almost the same, when you want to occupy a position as a superior such as a manager for example then your skills must also exceed the average person in general and of course to have these skills there must be a process that you go through such as starting from an ordinary employee with a minimum salary until then reaching the higher part that you want.

There is some truth in the fact that if you give someone who has previously had very little money and struggled with their finances throughout life, then they might see a million as solving their problems forever. However unless it is managed properly, it is very easy to burn through within just a few years. They may also get taken advantage of more easily or give away vast amounts within understanding how it depletes their overall wealth. It is very easy to spend money these days, but being prudent with a large amount of wealth can translate it into a lifetime of freedom - however it needs to be invested wisely.

Let's take for example my country Indonesia or some countries in Africa. We know that in the end in some parts of Africa and in my country Indonesia are actually rich countries but the inability to manage the resources we have actually makes us like poor people who are only utilized by competitors for profit.
Although this is the law of cause and effect but in the end we cannot blame the government because it is just a waste of time so it would be better if in the end we should try to change for the better. It is indeed very good if there are facilities from the government but when the government cannot implement it do we have to stay silent? of course the answer is no because instead of trying to keep waiting for uncertain help it would be better for us to move on our own so that we can change the fate we have even though it has a process that is definitely very hard to do.

This is why a lot of people are finding greener pasture outside of their country. And it is quite understandable. If you have the means to find better income, then go for it. But if you can't go out yet, why not look for odd jobs to sustain your living. As we put it this way, if there's a will, there's a way. You can for sure, find a way how to get side jobs that can augment your income. Also, if you have no extra funds, then, better live below your means. You should not live in luxury if you know you are just earning just right with your basic expenses.
