To be fair, they are focusing on growing the business, 1win poker is in the instagram reels I watched too, some person was gambling, and I have seen it more and more in gambling streamers too, wasn't this much back in the day. They are definitely splashing some money on marketing lately.

I do hope that they can put that to good use for us as well, if they could give people some chance for a huge return, that would be good marketing for us. Not sure if the return would be good though, considering it would be for people who are already here. In the end, they are doing a good job, and if financially they are able to cover these costs, then they will be one of the biggest.

These two are probably the best ways to brand and market your platform here on Bitcointalk. The competition is very stiff, but once gamblers trust you, you'll earn their loyalty, and to do this, you need continuous marketing and creating events, but most especially and equally important is to address all issues and concerns as they come along, and so far, there are no serious accusations against 1WIN.

They do what they need to do for keeping up their existence, operation and they only try as best as they can to trace citizen activities including financial flows. Ewallets, bank transfers, e-tranfers, blockchain and transactions through blockchains can both make governments having more difficulties while if they can take advantage of available technologies, they can have more data of their citizens.

It's their responsibility and jobs so business companies including online casinos have to obey modern and newest regulations. People as users have to follow ToS and any KYC/AML requirements from online casinos and even more things that are not good for their privacy and anonymity.

I guess they sue it for political mileage, they want to show to their people that hate gambling that they are against this industry.

But the fact if they regulate it well it can help their economy since they can get lots of taxes as well as what you have said it can create jobs. Those government banning it seems don't actually know what to do with online gambling. Maybe banning it will be the fastest solution to  escape on controversies.

I found out a very good thing about 1win  . It seems you can deposit in any crypto and 1win let you cashout in the choice of your crypto without the need of swapping funds  . I deposited BTC but managed to cashout in USDT (lets hope it is not a bug lol).

Yeah, the support just give me a vague response tbh and it really not helps as they're not direct and too late to respond. I've been there a week or more but I think a shrimp like me will have more time to get it if there's a wagering requirement as well on it.

Sadly, they have the right to ban and do things according to their ruling and principles. That's why even if we as citizens don't like it, but they have the rule of law, they'll implement it. But there is nothing wrong with it if they're not actually banning it, they're only setting a measure on it and they're still as good as it was. There were some changes and I don't think that it affect that much to be honest to the real gamblers who knows how to continue gambling even some changes have been done.

That kind of delay may feel sketchy especially after a smooth first withdrawal but I don't think 1win will destroy their reputation over that 130 USDT of yours brother. Before jumping to conclusions, keep in mind that USDT transfers can sometimes lag due to network congestions or blockchain delays, especially in peak hours, in what chain did you manage to withdraw it? Probably just a temporary hiccup. I'm new as well to 1win but never got any issues in regards to withdrawal.

It's usually smooth. Maybe something just happened on their end and that's why it got delayed but, I can assure you that 1win won't scam users.

Few other customers have experienced similar delays with their withdrawals before and they all eventually got paid. Anyway, congrats on receiving your money and I’m glad it didn’t take more than 48 hours as the support agent suggested.

Still, I hope the 1Win team will take a look at it and do something about it in case this is not an isolated case.

Glad that you got your withdrawal. So it wasn't a scam after all. It is not uncommon for some withdrawal to be delayed, you might experience this again in the future.

So, the key here is to be patient and contact the team promptly with any issues you're experiencing. I think it's normal for delays to occur; perhaps there's a problem or other obstacle that's slowing down the withdrawal process, even though we certainly want to receive our funds quickly.

That's confusing but above all, you've got the withdrawal and you've got no problem anymore. Maybe there's an internal confusion and it's not only one staff that handled your request but a bunch of them. Sometimes this happens but still, problem has been solved and maybe there was no note on your ticket request and also delays could happen not just with 1win but also with other reputable casinos.

While it's normal to have delays, it's still not good for the image of 1Win casino to have those continuous delayed withdrawals.
Gamblers don't like to wait when it comes to withdrawal so some could really become impatient.

1Win management should really address this issue or else they will start losing some of their users soon. They should immediately state why they are having those delays to not make their users worry.
