Sorry to hear that but is it might be that you've deposited to the wrong network for your USDT? Maybe that's what happened to you and that's why they say that they haven't found any deposit? but as long as you've sent the proof of the deposit, maybe you can give your username and wait for Mate to come here and help you out with that.

True 1win deposits doesn't take long before it reflects so I don't think that the OP deposit to the right address. Maybe there is a mistake on the part OP because 1win has one of the Best service including customer care that attends to issues that is raised. Funds getting stuck is one thing I have not experienced and even those who has been gambling on the 1win platform for a while.


From what I can get  the OP mistakenly sent the funds to the wrong address, this is one reason why when trying to make online payments people should try and verify the address were they intends to send their money into before making payments to avoid things like this.

If they have and it's the same address that's displayed in your 1win account, show the support proof that the transaction is visible on-chain.

A few questions come to mind.
Have you deposited the correct coin to the correct address and network?
What's the minimum deposit amount and have you respected it?

Yes, there isn't much data and information available from the user here that make us investigate who is right and who is wrong. If he can tell us at which address, he send the coins and did it match the network / blockchain selection and all these things. Sometimes if you send the coins to the right address but to wrong network, the site is able to manually credit the money to your account but not all casino are able to do so. Secondly if he send it to a wrong address, then that money is gone forever and no chance of recovering.

First thing he need to check if he really use the right network for sending his funds. Since this will not really credit on his account if it happens that he send his funds on wrong network and expect that this is the reply of their support.

So what he can do for now is to see his transfer if it done correctly, since I doubt this casino will compromised people for just a few bucks.

If you insist that you did everything correctly and that the casino is at fault, you can create a scam accusation against 1win. You must describe in detail what happened and provide supporting evidence for your claims. So far you haven't proven anything. A scam accusation needs to be supported with evidence for anyone to take any action against the casino and take you seriously.

Is this possible that you share the TX details here on the forum? Also include the screenshot of your deposit address (I hope the deposit address is the same) from the 1win dashboard? Also your current balance and the gambling history details. I am not saying that sharing these details on the forum will solve your problem but at least we will know that you are right and then it will have bigger damage to the 1win reputation if they are on the wrong side.
 
Other than this, you keep complaining and that would be seen as you are at fault somewhere as there aren't much complains from other gamblers. I hope you understand what I wanted to say here
