I have been waiting 8 days for my withdraw since KYCing and emailed them at < security@1win.social> Before KYC I withdrew and got the funds in less than 5 minutes, now after KYC my withdraw isn't being paid? I didn't even want to do the KYC but because I have good money in the account I felt the need to, how is it taking over a week to reply to my email? Sorry for the inconveniences. Please send me your 1win ID so I will forward it to them to resolve the issue. And if any other User has an issue Dm me with the 1win ID and describe the issue for possible resolution. Thanks you guys. I see you're offering to help, but I'm not sure if you're an official representative from 1win or not. If you really work there, you should be able to coordinate directly with the relevant department that handles these issues without needing to ask for players user ID. He got some posts in the past asking the same thing and I'm really confused on whether he's a mod or an admin for 1win. They have various channels where they can ask directly from 1win customer service and they got an active telegram group wherein mods are always available to provide some support. I'd rather go there than give it to a random signature campaign participant who doesn't have any label if they are from 1win.

While someone trying to offer help with the little efforts he has, you are about to start his willingness and even suspect it. Whether you contact a support manager or an official representative or someone trying to help in coordination with one of his contacts, you should provide him with your casino user ID. supergambler11 has shared screenshots from his email and tries to get his case resolved. If he minds sharing his casino ID, he wouldn't share those screenshots. I think holydarkness is different from most users here. You can see him consistently helping out in the scam accusations board, and honestly he’s doing a great job there. From the other side, I can also see why some users hesitate to give their user ID. If the person asking isn’t a well-known forum member, doubt is natural. I don’t think that kind of caution should be taken negatively. At the end of the day, it’s really hard to fully trust someone online.

Hi guys, i request a little withdraw and i was asked to go trought KYC.
And i not gonna do the KYC. I want my money back. Im not gonna do a KYC for such a litle money. Since that im not gonna wear anymore the signature from them, is a shame to see a casino requesting KYC for little money.
I like a lot of functions they have but with this for me is a goodbye.

Finally, the dota2 team 1win has got its win against Passion UA. They're now not in the last of the standings but the team that they were able to beat, Passion UA. Although it's hard to say that they're likely to play the last game by tomorrow and that's the final journey they have for the tournament that they're participating right now. This is a good gain experience for the team and they've played against good teams.

Well, I'm not defending the casino, and I'm not here to be a bearer of bad news, but I've seen many, many cases like this, and in most cases, the casinos or betting sites rarely reversed their decision; at most, they returned the person's deposit. In your case, from what I've read, they've already responded. They said you violated their Terms of Service (TOS) in point 9.7, which refers to multi-account or arbitrage. They may say they are investigating the matter further, but if they blocked you because they suspect you of using arbitrage or having too many accounts, then it's unlikely your account will be unblocked.

OK basically waiting OVER 10 days, for email about my banned 1 win account, literally no response from the team. I will wait 1 more day, if i don't get any response, then will accuse the of scam, and will post thread. I want my money back.
You don't have to create an accusation thread for this case because you defaulted the system and the system found you guilty of multiple accounts and they quote their ToS for you to see clear. Just allow the process to go the way it going because you are at fault. Since they are on the case, you have to wait.

They may say they are investigating the matter further, but if they blocked you because they suspect you of using arbitrage or having too many accounts, then it's unlikely your account will be unblocked.
That's true; it's rare for a casino to restore your account. If they restore it, then there is a flaw in their verification system. They can delay your withdrawal, but a ban is a clear indication of a violation. OP can take his case to a mediator, like Askgambler, but the casino has proof of your violation; this is not a case of he says, or the casino says, it's a case of having evidence of a breach.
