@Pmalek At the moment I don't intend to file a fraud complaint yet, I want to wait another 1 or 2 days and if they don't resolve my problem, yes, I will file a complaint attaching all the evidence. I'll wait a few more days to see if they resolve the situation. This has never happened to me at any casino and even when it does, we just send the transaction hash and everything is resolved.

What's important is that the issue has been handled. If the problem was still present, jjcari would still be active in this thread, asking when it will be resolved. I think that just take it as that, most casinos don't disclose any reason of what has happened if it's on their end.
