As the case was resolved without too much explanations, i guess it was a glitch from the 1win system, and the user did nothing wrong. I would thank him for posting the update and that he is still able to use the platform without issues.

I understand some frustrations because everyone was waiting to see a long dispute story, but this is 1win, a system running smoothly and has the less complaints compared to all its competitors either in bitcointalk forum or outside of it.

That always happens, it's coding, it's technology, we are bound to face stuff that are not easy to solve and will eventually happen, mistakes and errors will always happen.

Just take a look at some other official ANN threads of other competitor casinos here in the gambling board, and you will notice how many casinos have unsolved disputes that can also be verified in the Scam Accusations board.
Rare are the casinos that can handle every complaint professional whatever the amount in question because reputation is in the balance for 1$ like for m1$. I really feel confortable promoting a casino in my signature that is worth the community respect.

Well, I must commend 1win though, but you also will have to consider age as well, 1win is a reputable casino just like most other casinos being promoted here on the forum that may even have some form of accusations on the scam and accusation board, you have to know that not every case you see in the scam and accusation board is actually genuine..

I know of someone who goes about creating scam accusation against any casino he plays on and lost his money, he usually will send emails to the management of the casino lying that he lost his school fees and the school is on his neck, begging the casino to please refund him the money he deposited and lost while gambling, if he gets no response from the casino after some time, he will take to social platforms like this and start creating false scam accusations against the casino.

When i say about accusations in the Accusation board I mean the valid accusations, not the ones with invalid proofs or made out of free hate or sabotage. Same when to compare with other casinos who have a long running history. I won't mention the name of some casinos but you can notice how much valid accusations are made in the Scam Accusations board. Some are in daimy basis with the same type of dispute each time. (mainly about KYC verification enforcement and pending withdrawals)

Same here, in BDT there was previously crypto withdrawal option now there is only our local MFS for withdraw option. But if I change the main cyrrency to USDT , crypto withdrawal option enables again. It seems like they are having some issue with crypto withdrawal.
I don't like their fiat withdrawal usually they took lot's of time to sent the withdrawal.

Are you you are not using them as a exchange site? You don't depo fiat then immediately withdraw it via crypto? If you have been using their platform for converting your fiat into crypto then they would likely disable and make you withdraw only from what currency you have depo'ed into.

Because people know that this casino is big and provably won't let their gamblers down. But since looks like everything went well then that means they are still running in good shape. Its great to see them having a long term campaign here and see the importance of this community to be part of their marketing. People being curious is important, because if a player shows proof that something went wrong, then it's up to casino to fix it and solve it, and if they do, then people are happy that it was solved, if it doesn't get solved even with proof, that casino will bleed out customers and will go down. 1win is great at this, they never let anyone down and they do whatever they can to not only solve the issue, but also apologize for the inconvenience as well, and take a step further. Withdrawals in fiat currency usually take a long time to process, so if you need money quickly, withdrawing via cryptocurrency is the right choice.

I'm really happy to see this case resolved because it’s probably the first time I have seen a gambler complain about his deposit not being credited to his account.
What we should learn from this case is that even if you face an issue like this, you need to remain calm, post your complaint and provide all the proof you got without attacking the casino.

I heard several cases that their withdrawals got pending for quiet sometimes due to several reasons. I think I've read some info's that fiat delays due to regulatory restrictions and processing delay due to high volume transactions.

But as what you have said if they use crypto they might not encounter this issue since usually everything is instant when you asked for withdrawal in their casino. That's I always like to use crypto when depositing since fiat may have certain compliance technicalities that possibly can give us issues when using it on online casinos.

To be honest I found that expired link by accident, as I wanted to create account on 1win casino, so I visited this thread on order to check out their official thread. I was surprised that the link was broken,so I thought it would be good idea to give heads up to their representative here on forum.
