The first day of the 1win dota 2 team went against Team Spirit, the 2-time TI dota 2 champions. 1win got a bad start for the 1st of the dream league s27. While they had bad first two days, and this third day, they're against GamersLegion and the first game they've played for today, they've lost again. They are pretty bad in support and in fast withdraw, since the start they make you wait a lot, plus after a few wins and little withdraws they start to ask the kyc, i avoid to play with them since that, and worst of all they didnt response here in the forum, or at least hear what the players said about them to improve their service.

Starting a brand new Dota team, when there are teams with two decades experience (obviously not same members but at least a good experience behind them and veteranship) we can easily assume that 1win would have hard time early on.

But they will also gain experience, not just players but the team and organization will gain some experience and eventually they will end up with a better result.

I've not kyced on this casino but to the best of my knowledge, kyc on most platforms this days, not just casinos are handled and automatically verified by third party services which  helps make the KYC process simple and fast for users..

That is what I am saying, they might not have a good start and they're going through tough opponents. But if they stick around, I am sure that they can make it. They've been qualified to this huge prize pool tournament and that only tells one thing, they were one of the great teams that's able to qualify. But this rough if going to be tougher than before for becoming a tier 1 team because this isn't just the normal competition that they have participated from tier 2 and 3 tours.

Well, this is bad, you completed the KYC verification 8 days ago and sent a new withdrawal request a day after which I suppose was seven days ago, and up until now, the withdrawal request hasn't been processed, this is bad but I will like to know if you have tried contacting the customer care service?

If you have, what did they say is the reason for the delay? Or haven't they responded?
But if you haven't contacted the customer care support, I would advice you do, possibly they should be something wrong somewhere which needs fixing, or perhaps they must have overlooked your request since I guess your withdrawal request must have been placed on a manual verification mode.

THIS is for what i said the support is BAD, the two times i ask them about what is happening they only said to me the same as supergambler, plus when i send them a message they never answer me again in the mail.

This is sad. There’s really no reason for the delay anymore since the KYC was already approved, which was the only requirement for them to process the withdrawal. Making a user wait that long without a clear and valid explanation is not acceptable, even for a legitimate casino.

I re-asked you to provide proofs of discussions with support screenshots and also screenshots from the emails you jave sent/recieve. Also the withdraw request details. I want to send them to their representative asking for explanation after confirming your complaints.
As I said many times, 1win is one of few casinos that is smoothly running without complications and only few compliants had been made against it but all of them have been resolved. If you have rights, I am sure you will get what you want fairly. I can understand your frustration and give you full right to complaint about the delay.

Hi guys, i request a little withdraw  and i was asked to go trought KYC.

And i not gonna do the KYC. I want my money back. Im not gonna do a KYC for such a litle money. Since that im not gonna wear anymore the signature from them, is a shame to see a casino requesting KYC for little money.
