Bro this is super sus read his post again the message came at the same time he was talking to support,,, the only people who should know your phone is the casino and if they messaged you with the scam then my suspicion is on the support employee. It would be high coincidence if the database was leaked but they also reached out when the guy was talking to support. Hope casino looks into this,,, maybe a device is infected and every time support access, the scammer auto sends a message to customer.

Exactly. Coincidences like this don't happen just like that. Maybe it's the customer support person that is behind that, but whoever it came from I am convinced it was somebody working for them. The chances of this being a coincidence are just so small, like at least 1:100000 and yeah, it's actually alarming what happened there.
Unless there is a reasonable explanation from a rep of the site I don't know where this should go.

Something strange just happened. I am having a small dispute with the customer support and while talking to them I suddenly get this message on watsapp:



I am convinced this is a phishing link.

Anyway, how is this possible? I am talking to the support for the first time ever, and right this moment I am getting this watsapp message? There is some foul play happening here.

The same message came to my Whatsapp of that bonus. I then visited my 1win account at their official domain and the $5 bonus was there. So I think the message was indeed from 1win team as the bonus was credited to my account. However, I didn't clicked on the link but instead visited 1win's official website to see if I got any bonus or not and the bonus was there.

I made another bet. I double chanced Manchester city but they are loosing at 18mins now. There's a lot of time to change things if Foden will be introduced.

Ive seen the match against Aston vs MCI and after seen the Aston got their first goal this unfortunate and I do expect a comeback most of the gameplay of the MCI are into late game strategy but ended up the match lose against the top of the EPL right now.

Arsenal got their 2-0 sweep against Everton and seems lose Chelsea vs Tottenham.

What is possible, though, is that it wasn't the real 1win support the guy was interacting with, but some scammers from a site that only looks like 1win. That's why checking the address in the address bar is very important, all of us can be fooled by appearance. I think all famous sites have their evil copies somewhere, so, we have to be careful.

Dude, I have stated this before, I was on the real site, 1win.com.  So no, this is not possible. I am playing online for over 20 years, every site I used is bookmarked and not entered manually.
But just so you can see it, I still have a screenshot from that time (21:51) because that's when I was about to contact the customer support, an hour later (22:55), while still talking to the support I got the watsapp message.

Let's just wait for their official statement since they have already been informed about your situation.
No one knows how long it will take for them to give you an answer, as they may need some time to investigate of exactly what happened to your account. You will get your answers soon, that's for sure because they can't simply disregard this kind of issue.
Hopefully, you will get a clear answer sooner in the thread you created.

I got nothing for the day. I withdrawn my balance thinking that I could turn my free balance into something but I ended up losing it all, check my previous post though. If I wanted to be more specific I could say that Manchester United has been on a downward trajectory for years, ever since the departure of legendary coach Alex Ferguson. However, I don't think anyone expected Manchester United's current poor performance in the Champions League and especially in the English Premier League, after a pretty good last season when they were third in the English Premier League.
I thought they would be even better this season and threaten their city rival Manchester City, but nothing like that, a complete disappointment.

Yea, this is their correct url. I assume 1win is advertising aggressively, so they mind didn't sharing your phone number to partners. it could be an independent decision of the support agent.
