Bro this is super sus read his post again the message came at the same time he was talking to support,,, the only people who should know your phone is the casino and if they messaged you with the scam then my suspicion is on the support employee. It would be high coincidence if the database was leaked but they also reached out when the guy was talking to support. Hope casino looks into this,,, maybe a device is infected and every time support access, the scammer auto sends a message to customer.

Exactly. Coincidences like this don't happen just like that. Maybe it's the customer support person that is behind that, but whoever it came from I am convinced it was somebody working for them. The chances of this being a coincidence are just so small, like at least 1:100000 and yeah, it's actually alarming what happened there.
Unless there is a reasonable explanation from a rep of the site I don't know where this should go.

Something strange just happened. I am having a small dispute with the customer support and while talking to them I suddenly get this message on watsapp:



I am convinced this is a phishing link.

Anyway, how is this possible? I am talking to the support for the first time ever, and right this moment I am getting this watsapp message? There is some foul play happening here.

The same message came to my Whatsapp of that bonus. I then visited my 1win account at their official domain and the $5 bonus was there. So I think the message was indeed from 1win team as the bonus was credited to my account. However, I didn't clicked on the link but instead visited 1win's official website to see if I got any bonus or not and the bonus was there.

Dude, I have stated this before, I was on the real site, 1win.com.  So no, this is not possible. I am playing online for over 20 years, every site I used is bookmarked and not entered manually.
But just so you can see it, I still have a screenshot from that time (21:51) because that's when I was about to contact the customer support, an hour later (22:55), while still talking to the support I got the watsapp message.

I thought they would be even better this season and threaten their city rival Manchester City, but nothing like that, a complete disappointment.

A website I found or reminded myself of earlier this year after a nasty brush with the nets bad elements is Virustotal.  I wont print the url as its often best to google them to find this yourself, it's well known to those familiar with the best tools.
  It should be the first result on a google search because it was formerly owned and operated by Google themselves, it can identify and multi scan pattern match files but also checks URL for bad elements you should avoid.

Other good software to employ would be Malwarebytes which will sit in your tray and warn or block anytime you wander off the beaten path though you can override if determined of course.   Also its a browser extension and a useful one.   The final website to employ would be URLvoid, again it'll pop up top of the search results and it checks IP if that's useful in your checks.  

Unfortunately altering URL slightly and also erroneous domains added on is a common problem just everywhere for any major site.   Your email spam folder will be full of them.  
   I used to have a tool that forced HTTPS instead of plain HTTP but I think that's become basically standard now.   There is no perfect solution, if you really want caution dont use Windows for the really important stuff, use a version of Linux like Ubuntu as its very easy to deploy and far safer, has been for years + also often faster for any older laptop you have try it

VirusTotal and Malwarebyte only work if the link you are visiting is reported to their database as malware or phishing

Usually phishing sites will be newly registered and so they will not be found in any database. If you consider this to know if a website is good or not, you will have a fake confidence

It is much better to visit the thread here and get the link or bookmark all links if you visit constantly

He didn't win a raffle or anything of the sort. I also received the $30 bonus, but unfortunately, I couldn't meet the wagering requirement, and I lost it. I do not know the conditions for giving these bonuses, but I'm guessing it's for gamblers that are actively betting on the casino. I guess to early to tell that they stole something from you. Also as what have been said by @batang_bitcoin, maybe they are still doing some investigation on your case.

Since for sure, that incident won't happen if they didn't see any suspicious matter on your account.

But its good for them to step up here, then answer your claims. To hard to draw some conclusion, since they are the one can answer your allegation. But hopefully they will fix your issue and credit your funds.
