There are many people who can easily hide their personalities and of course gambling is not by far, there are gamblers who can just hide what inside them, they can play without showing any emotions, as they can quickly stop when they need though there are also gamblers who can't, and by the way they treating it some are being judge of other people who knows their gambling participations.

I don’t believe it’s possible for anyone to completely conceal their true identity, no matter how much they try to, whether in gambling or generally, because at some point, the person will surely show his true identity.
For instance, if a person naturally doesn’t know how to control his emotions in real life, no matter how much he tries to control his emotions when gambling, his true identity will surely surface at some point, even if others do not see it, the individual himself would surely notice it, and that’s just the fact, a person's true identity or personality is always reflected in whatever they choose to do constantly.

When you are in gambling, most of the time, people won't know what you really are in real life especially if you are playing online. They have limitations on how they can gauge you as a person. Hence, knowing the personality of a person via his online gambling activities would be hard as you are not getting the whole picture of who he really is.

Not really because it depends on who is doing. If those who do are famous people with finance that are easily obtained every week or month, gambling that can be done as a hobby without calculating how much loss.
For gamblers whose finances are difficult and still do their gambling games, it can be said to be a reflection of an unhealthy personality.

I would even say that it is all interconnected and there is no one without the other. But what you are saying is primary, because the player decided to go in and start the game, because something became a trigger for him to start. Some even think that they are exceptional and lucky, and everyone around them is a loser who only loses. They think that they will quickly win big money and will be the smartest, but often the casino punishes such players with losses. I was just have this thoughts, as we have been saying, to be not addicted to gambling, we should have self-control. But as much as we know this advise or saying, there are still a lot of people falling for gambling and I just thought that it could be their personality. We all worry a lot about our financial matters and we all care a lot about money. So when we gamble we want to be in control. However, gambling games tend to control our brain in such a way that our emotions work more at that time.

And because we love money, when we keep winning, our brain commands us to continue gambling because that's where the money is coming from. When we lose again, emotions compel us to continue gambling in order to recover from the previous loss. And the reason is that we want to gain a lot but don't want to lose anything.
