Snip.
Job loss is painful, but rushing into the next job without reflection keeps us stuck . Not everyone has the privilege to pause and grow and that’s why many stay at the same level with same pay. Survival pays bills but growth pays better . The problem is not everyone can afford to pause and grow.
Rushing to find another job does not mean that the person will be trapped and stop developing for a moment. Being in a hurry doesn't mean you have to quit a job and then spend several months doing nothing while getting a new job, if that's the benchmark, that's the wrong action. As the saying goes, "kill two birds with one stone", meaning, if you feel that your abilities are above average and the salary you receive each month does not match your abilities, work as you should while looking for a job that suits your desires. Everyone certainly wants the best for themselves, but don't take the wrong path, for example leaving your old job just to wait for a new one. So, don't let yourself become unemployed just because you feel you have more value.

It's natural to find a new job especially those who have someone to support with the money they earn from the job or else they won't have food on their table. Well, we all have our own opinion why we should stop and reflect first why you lost the job and why you should find a new job. One of the example is what I mentioned above.
