Frankly, I totally understand what you saying. Personally, I believe that taking time to reflect and invest in yourself after losing a job is incredibly valuable and needed. It gives you the chance to figure out what went wrong what you miss and what you can improve. I think exploring new skills or experiences could lead to better opportunities and a more stable future.

However, I also know that not everyone has the ability of finance to take that time off. I believe that for many people survival comes first and I also lived that period. We sometimes have more bills to pay and responsibilities to meet, so finding a new job right away is the only option. This lack of time and resources can keep us stuck in the same position with little opportunity for growth or higher wages. Personally, I wish there were more support systems in place to help people develop their skills while still meeting their basic needs. It’s also a matter of the place you live in, some people they can’t even find positions to work online due to the stability of internet or electricity.

They really need to rest. Not everyone really needs to be their own boss anyway, some just want to work for people and get paid. So, you don't stress them further by making them realise that they need to quit getting salaries and being their own boss

To be honest, focusing on getting a skill or starting something different after a lost job is not easy. Many people have lots of financial issues they need to settle, so, trying to build a totally different career path might not be able to sustain them while they build themselves. This is why we must be able to manage our time very well, so that we can always be productive in the midst of our busy work that is bound by time. I believe that every person shows himself as a specialist.
