Taking sometime to reflect on what caused the losing of your job , it’s okay oo but sometimes I don’t think one have to do something or  lack any skill before they can be sacked, and been jobless can be very terrifying, not having a source of income is difficult, for me instead of to sit and start thinking what made them sack me , I will use that opportunity to look for another one , but if I keep losing my jobs them I will know I have a fault , at that moment I will start to work on myself before venturing into another one , losing a job and staying without earning  in this society is one of the most painful experience anyone shouldn’t encounter.

In this case, I have an opinion that we should reduce the dependence on only the job. If the job is the main source of income of a person, there is no problem. But another stable income should be created from the job. So that even if the job is not there, can continue in life in some way. Because the job can go away for any reason. Even sometimes the company  can close down. If we do not have another source of income , it is a big problem for life. So, along with the job, one can build small business, buy an apartment and rent it out, investment or do a remote job online where if you give a little time for some money. Which will be another alternative income to meet the basic needs of life if the job is lost at any time in the future or the primary income is stopped.

A person’s first instinct when they lose their job is to find a new one right away. But it wouldn’t hurt to take a few time off and reflect why you lost the job. Maybe there’s something you lack. Maybe there’s something you can improve. Maybe you can invest in yourself more and learn new things. Learn new skill sets. Explore and experience new more things that could help you land a better and more stable job in the future.

Unfortunately not everyone has the privilege to not work and focus on themselves that’s why they never improve in terms of the job they land on. Since they don’t have the time to focus on themselves and their skills, they remain only on a specific level and their wages are also the same.

There are most people whose mentality is that being an laborer is their only way they can earn a living, but the reality is that they are afraid to try something else and they don't want to know that they have other skills hidden within themselves that they don't know about. It's even harder to get a job even a part-time job either these days, because there are so many applicants looking for work. But in truth there are many opportunities out there if they just give themselves the chance to try another level of their journey in life.

It is not only painful but frustrating for someone that went to college to get a degree after spending a lot of money and entering different debts to make sure that they finished and come out to get a good job that will pay them handsomely.
Life of a jobless person can be very painful even when you did not go to school or have any degree. The frustration in the society had made a lot of people to put their hands in illegal activities so they can make money and take care of their billings.

The word unemployed is very scary. Job condition in my state is not very good. Many students in my state are unable to find jobs after completing graduation. Shame, those with power and money are mostly ahead. And those who are in financial trouble, they are disappointed everywhere. But according to me those who can't get degree from School and College, they are very happy. Because they can easily deal with all situations and take action accordingly. Therefore, they are looked down upon by the society. It is very disappointing. I think no work should be looked down upon but all work should be respected.

It is not as easy as you think anyone can be worried to know the reason why they where sacked from their job even while you are looking for another job , I know that people can be sacked from their job for no good reason but for the interest of an employee you don't actually have to let that worried you for too long, people can be sacked and end getting a more paying job, I know that feeling of staying without a job, it can be terrifying when you have responsibilities to take care of, if possible everyone should be working no matter how small at most is better than nothing while looking for something better.

Unemployment isn't just a term; it can be a negative aspect of how others perceive someone who is unemployed. Immigrants often struggle to make a living due to their poor wages. Legal ones, of course. Illegal migrants usually commit crimes with the excuse that they're "trying to survive". Either way, being jobless feels like losing purpose in your life. Basically, the world goes 'round with money. Without it, you won't have food on the table or even shelter.

The current economic situation is such where even average people are forced to have multiple sources of income to survive. One job is simply not enough these days. You'd have to decide whenever you want to work harder and spend less time in life, or all the other way around. I don't envision any improvement to the global economy anytime soon. Maybe in the distant future. Just maybe...

I think that right now, most of the employees are going to have this in their main concern. Because there's no one that can guarantee a full time job anymore that's going to stay for so long. If it happen once then I will call it coincidence but twice no there is something lacking. A employee who has potential and contributes greatly to the growth of the company they work for cannot be replaced without a valid reason. Even if it happens not from two different companies at a stretch. No organization wants to lose a productive staff.

If someone losses a job on two occasion then it is best they start their own business so as the have the luxury and liberty to apply the same energy used in their former place of work. That way they might understand better why they got laid off their jobs.

You’re right sometimes one getting sacked may not be from their end , sometimes it can be due to some circumstances. For instance the company not being able to keep up with their usual budget . That’s why one have to be prepared for such scenarios, just as there where chances of you getting the job the first place that’s how there are chances of you losing that same job . So try having more than one sources it will help in a long run especially in scenarios of you losing your job and stuff .

Fear of losing a job is a natural thing, it is not strange, especially if the job is difficult to get but that does not mean having to leave what they dream of themselves for themselves in the future, after all it is impossible in a matter of working one day they go to work 12 hours and spend their time just working to do that without considering other things as a way of life by getting a side job or not before going so far that he learns additionally to have more skills so that his career goes up, isn't it very good?

If it was me who was trapped in a work system that was too big to drain my mind's attention so that I couldn't think of anything else I would quit the job in the meantime, and I would look for another job, or train myself to be better to achieve my goals, unemployment for people who have the ability will not last long, it will be easy for us to find a job in the field that we are good at.
