Access to BC Poker on BC.Game is open to players with VIP level 15 and above.

I contacted the support to ask them about that question, and what they told is that in addition to the VIP level you need to be KYC verified !

This is one of the dumbest thing I've actually seen. It make sense if they want to limit the number of people that want to access their freerolls but limiting access to everyone below level 15 and not KYC verified is pretty much the same as throwing away your potential customer lol

Well for some people, KYC is probably not an issue but seriously why would you turn away a new customer that want to play poker just because its a new account lol.

If I'm not mistaken, users need more than 100k XP to reach level 15, which is not much,

level 15 is VIP 15 I assume? you need 88300 XP so thats mean you have to wager $88,300 to unlock poker or half of that if you wager it in sportsbook since it count as double for each dollar

Wagering $88000 isn't really all that hard but with BC and their high house edge originals it might be a little bit of a challenge to not lose your ass doing so. Maybe they are only looking for serious players who don't mind losing in order to gain access?

Well, KYC is always unpleasant and discourages users not only on gambling platforms but also on many other sites. However, it should be noted that this is typical for almost all poker rooms. To be honest, I can't even remember any other popular poker room that still doesn't ask for verification from users.

As the error message when try entering do not mention KYC, maybe someone can try assking the support again, or someone above VIP15 can tell us !

I don't know what bc.game is trying to achieve here. Now you need to be a VIP in order to play poker there? Honeslty, whoever is suggesting these changes, hats off to him

Still does not make any sense. If they wanted to divert traffic to bc.poker, they should have used a carrot instead of a stick. I have a KYC verified account at bc.games, now I have to make another one and go through KYC again. This is not a player-centric approach I must say.

Well, we can assume that there was an invasion of cheaters on their poker platform, and they decided to deal with them in such a drastic way. But even if this is the case, the decision to limit access to all newcomers seems strange. At the very least, it will make it harder for bc poker to compete with other poker platforms.

here is the point I think,  you can have access from bcpoker site,  and gain an additional second access from bc.game site ..  (as there was no link between the two at the first, The same email give two accounts)..  So as there could be nothing to object to that, I think that that is the motivation.. limit access from BC-game site to VIP users.. as everybody can always go straight to BC-Poker site (bcpoker.com) to play!

I also think that it could be hardly a liquidity issue on the part of bc.poker. IMO, bc.game have not assembled a good and autonomous team yet for bc.poker. Apart from that, it looks like they are still in the beta stage with so many things to be addressed. I am also confident that they can build a good poker platform in due time.
Collusion, bots, and RTAs are very common in every poker platform so as a new poker client bc.poker might be reviewing some of the cashout requests for investigation purposes.
Right now they are heavily focused on the telegram poker group and I think they need to market elsewhere as well.

There were many requests about withdrawals on the Telegram since around Thursday/Friday, however it seems there may have just have been the poker sides finance department away for a few days, because this morning all withdrawals were processed and paid.

It's definitely good news. Maybe the delay was because of the weekend but it hardly matters now since everything is settled. bc.poker must introduce instant cashouts (at least for amounts below a couple of hundred bucks), it will surely boost the number of players. Today (or may be tommorow) I will also make an account there (as my existing KYC-verified account at bc.game is of no use to me) and will try to play and record one session of 30 minutes, to experience how things are going.

1) I got ban from moderators from the Telegram group after questing help. I have many screenshots of a convo with 2 moderators that talks with me in DM telling me to wait and it will be credited, a few days after they
start ignoring all my messages (always talked to them in a good manner) and suddenly I got ban from the BC.POKER Telegram group
2) it took almost 3 days to get my first answer by email - eventually they were replying, but same thing, after maybe 4 or 5 messages they eventually stopped replying to my emails.

Unacceptable and totally unprofessional  behaviour, which is totally not expected from a professional brand. Have you pmed  @BC.GAME and @BcPoker ?
Don't worry, you will not get banned here for asking questions.
IMO, there has to be a technical aspect for the delay, but they should keep you in the loop.
