So, it appears that the three bills are stalled because Governor Katie Hobbs issued a moratorium bill, which would veto all bills sent to her desk until Republican legislators present their budget proposals to the people of Arizona. The bills are currently on hold until Governor Katie Hobbs is more open to negotiating on them.

Agree with this, since the important action is to move from having zero exposure to get even small exposure on Bitcoin. Once they start to allocate even small funds, then stay consistent maybe they can survive then deal with Bitcoin for long term.

Even if they allocate those percentage still it matters since its better than still zero standing. Also its good action to see Tennessee from 0% they tried to go 2% and this is already a good start for them. What they do is like planting seed like they slowly create a great long term wealth for their people.

El Salvador is expanding it's Bitcoin investment to adopt passports for tourists in the country. This is another nice move by the president Nayib Bukele.

After being introduced on February 2, 2026, and receiving 8-0 approval in the Senate Commerce and Labor Committee, Tennessee SB2639 failed on a technicality, due to Tennessee HB 1695, a companion bill, being taken off notice in the House Finance, Ways, and Means Subcommittee. This means the measure, which would allow Tennessee to invest up to 10% of the state's general fund and revenue fluctuation reserves in Bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset, has not passed this year.

Great thats utility to their citizens and equally Bitcoin should gain from the usage also.   What I don't generally buy is government entities in debt saying we're going to build reserves, first you have to repay the giant debt overhang and failed budget deficits or what can it really mean.
   Norway has 1 trillion genuine reserves instead of a national debt though they have a debt market also, I will totally believe that nation or government when they start referring to keeping a Bitcoin reserve.

This is their intention on why they run a node, also they clearly says that they are not doing that for Bitcoin mining.

The executive director of the President's Council of Advisors for Digital Assets said he and others have been working on Trump's strategic Bitcoin reserve and will make a big announcement regarding the US strategic Bitcoin reserve in the coming weeks.
