I believe those times Michael Saylor purchased Bitcoin and the price rose very high was because some other investors where buying that same period that was why we saw that higher high because if he is buying while other great investors and instructions are  selling at same  time there is going to be a great fight between the bull and bear. So what makes market go up is consistent buying of the asset while the reason for sell is consistent selling and we would only experience such surge again if Saylor and some big folks are buying. But this should not be a problem to us, as an investor our concern should be how to increase our portfolio little by little.

If there are benefits in holding Bitcoin for a long term, Governments do have certain costs to incur and sometimes have to utilize their reserves for development.
