I launched 7pm eastern time which is 7pm in new york and 7am in Beijing. Through my calculations this was the most efficient time to launch to maximize people that would be around. |

solo mining and wallet not syncing fixOn windows After downloading wallet and source, download this .conf file https://mega.co.nz/#!I4tWmQ6R!1fmD5hRNwaVbJQ8E4tQgavZNUSf6N4OPvt2fTlAXhXgIf you have the wallet open, close it then click start go to run and type %appdata% hit enter and it will open a folder. Search the folder named "mandarincoin" and open it. Paste the file that you just downloaded here in this folder and close it. Now open your wallet again. Congrats you can solo mine the coin now. none of the pools are working and the wallet will not connect to the network.
I gave the pools the source code right at launch time to ensure fair start for everyone even those deciding to solo mine so it might take them some time to set up their pools. look above on how to fix the not connecting problem if your having it. |

This launch was not fair at all.
1º - Windows wallet links began to work 4 minutes later. 2º - Wallet doesn't sync whitout add node that was posted after launch in the first page in a downloadable .conf 3º - Pools not working, and only two poor quality pools listed at launch. 4º - 250 Blocks instamined Somehting more? Looks like "fair launch" that dev spoke about last days was in fact "fair launch, but only for me".  |

That's not true I updated the orginal post right at launch with the downloads/pools the wallet was working you just had to add the config file.
250 blocks were not instamined that's a lie only the premine block of 50% for the airdrop and 2 blocks were pre mined before 7:00pm Eastern to verify the network.

Thanks I downloaded the conf and it's connected to the network now  . Is there a reason why solo mining uses CPU? I have a 280X which is vastly superior to use for scrypt mining. As the pools are down, is there any way to solo with my GPU? Thanks. |
