Hi.

I saw they posted on X approximately 19 hours and 30 minutes ago (September 1, 2025 at 10 PM PST) that their “BTC wallet server experienced a crash and is currently resyncing.”

I’d recommend checking it out.

Freebitco.in  withdrawal pending for over a month — is this a scam?

I’m extremely frustrated with Freebitco.in. I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal over a month ago, and they promised it would be processed within 24 hours. It’s now been more than 30 days, and the status is still “pending.”
I’ve contacted support multiple times and only received vague replies like “soon.” No resolution, no transparency. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to offer instant or fast withdrawals.
At this point, I’m starting to believe this is a scam. I’ve seen other users report similar issues, and it seems like they’re deliberately avoiding payouts. If anyone else is experiencing the same problem, please share your story. We need to raise awareness and possibly take action.

Hello,
I am curious what address did you guys sent emails to? Because support@freebitco.in doesn't answer and I have another one fin@freebitco.intercom-mail.com that's saying that they got my ticket but it looks like nobody wants to answer. Can someone share their addresses? I have a significant amount there and I would like to know more about my BTC and who can I speak with from their team of there's any member in.

I am a premium member and I have some issues with the spins too..so I would love to have some support addresses. Thank you!

They have not been very honest since their problems began. I am not expecting them to process most withdrawals, if any. I don’t see them allowing points to be redeemed if you are below the minimum. All you can do is try to reach 100k in the remaining time or activate some of the bonuses to get something out of it.

I redeemed some bonuses a while ago to reach the 0.0003 withdrawal amount and I also had the 5 FUN/roll bonus active to reduce my RP amount. I requested a withdrawal of BTC and FUN, but they have been pending for months.

I still have 24,094 RP remaining, which I would use on the WOF bonus, but my wheel spins are affected by a bug, and the wheel doesn’t work. I guess those points are permanently lost.

This happens from time to time, but it usually works fine with some good old refresh before retrying. Else, perhaps try another browser?

Those of you commenting on this thread don't seem to have heard that fbi has announced it is closing down. I'll quote it so that it's clear:

Looks like the circus is almost over...

I have over 900 WoF spins, a little over 1k sats, and 5k FUN tokens? How much is that in gold? Smiley

Well, I doubt we will get any more announcements than this one on the site... It's how they do things. Circus is almost over, but they will have to return a lot of money... I guess there will be complaints...

It seems that now they are blaming users for the problems, accusing them of abusing promotions. Come on, that sounds like an excuse from a bad payer to shut up shop and not pay. In theory, they say they are going to pay out withdrawals, but only those they consider not to have abused the system. At least we are seeing the end of this bad joke.

Yeah, we know. I was just telling my workaround method to Finney since I have encountered that bug before. Not like anyone could even cashout anyway.

I'm just surprised that they're communicating this rather than just going silent or simply shutting the site. Whether the site wants to simply buy more time or not, we're taking it with a pinch of salt.

I think I can put this thread to rest now. Before I do so, and since I promised to keep track of this until the very end, I will recap this story.
I was willing to keep posting, but then things happened..

Now the majority of people already know the site is closing.

So, to recap this journey, here’s what happened since my last post:

FUN Savings matured on these dates:

September 7
November 6
November 21
November 22
November 26

Then, on November 26, 2025, I made a WITHDRAWAL of 50,000 FUN tokens for testing purposes, since they don't do anything anymore

I sent them to this ERC-20 compatible address:
0x436d4a79134ee5530287292279f039ec92102180

The tokens were deducted from my account but never arrived. No email received, no transaction, no way to check. Nothing.

As a test, this showed the site was already useless then.

I keep locking FUN for short amounts of time and doing random things with it, because it’s all lost anyway.

The history of emails from "Fin" went like this:

October 10
I sent a complaint to that email. Received a ticket numbered around #41 million.

October 23
I sent another complaint. Received ticket around #45 million.

November 28
I sent another complaint. Received ticket around #53 million.

December 11
The interest payments stopped.

December 18
I sent another email talking non-technical nonsense. Received ticket #61 million.

That was the last ticket. I figured there were more than 61,150,000 tickets “from Fin” as of December 19. We’ve watched that number grow bigger and bigger.

I updated this thread as a memory.

I think I can put this thread to rest now.

If you really want to put it to rest you can lock it on the bottom left, so nobody else can comment. As you haven't already done so, I wanted to comment on the following, which has struck me:

The history of emails from "Fin" went like this:

October 10
I sent a complaint to that email. Received a ticket numbered around #41 million.

October 23

December 11
The interest payments stopped.

December 18
I sent another email talking non-technical nonsense. Received ticket #61 million.

The growth in the number of tickets makes me think about the huge user base that the site has, or had. There are millions of tickets per month, although considering that a user can open several and that the site was nothing but trouble, meaning that practically everyone would be opening tickets, but even so.
