I just tried to contact their live support to get an answer, but I received the same message: "We will be back online tomorrow." It seems that live support is not available 24/7. It would be helpful if they mentioned their working hours so we know exactly when they will be back online.
Have you made any questions there? I have just asked them to get reply later on they asked the mail from me, maybe they have the traditional customer support service or may be there were in under developing. Btw, I asked there to know about the minimum wager requirement for the general deposit to withdrawal. I will let here know if I get the answer tomorrow.

Community manager is very essential for forum engagement since support don't work 24/7 but in the other hand having human support is best compared to having a 24 hours bots support services, many of those casino that have 24/7 support are all bit integrated and at that alit and f times gamblers may not get the right answers to the questions.


But if it human support at least one is sure that you get response within 24 hours and getting accurate and useful response at that, instead the usual bots configured response that lack basis most time's.

I don’t think it’s under maintenance. It’s just that no agents are available right now. You can leave your question if you want and they will reply as soon as they get back online. They’re asking for your email so they can send you a copy of the conversation (including their reply) in case you close the chat tab, just like the auto-reply message says.
They already have an OR. What they really need is to hire more support agents to ensure 24/7 availability. just my opinion, though.

People created this announcement thread can be the casino owner, a marketing lead, or marketing staff of the company. I saw the OP replied users here but not too actively like on daily basis.

Signature campaign possibly is managed by an outsource and not internal staff and if so, a more active staff in this announcement thread is better.

A company usually have different channels to support their users, on the website, in chat support with both bot chat and chat with human staff, then in support ticket and email. This announcement thread can be another place for announcement of new products, new partnership, new marketing events, and surely can be used for customer supports to users from Bitcoin forum.

The casino uses different social media to help customers with different aspects of the platform, maybe you mentioned the ANN thread but they also have human service and bot support on all social channels on Telegram, Discord, and twitter. 
But if you mention any problem I think it will be fixed, as I have not faced any problem till now after creating account and participating in the game. 
But today I will re-enter the game and if I encounter any problems I will definitely mention it.

I was thinking the op of this thread is from the team behind this casino, what's with all this discussion about someone from the casino taking over and managing the casino's bitcointalk account so that he or she can answer question related to the casino more quckily and actively?

It has always been the norm that casino coming to this forum do that through their own in-house representative, while the job of their campaign manager remains to manage their advertisement campaigns here on the forum and maybe any other place based on their agreement.

Anyways, if the op of this thread is not from the main board of the casino, then they really need to assign some one from the main board to over see the discussions here and answer necessary questions, I believe this will go a great length in accelerating the casinos reputation and growth around here and even out there.

Yeah, You said is an important point. It would be best if a manager were appointed to manage it. He can answer all kinds of updates and everyone's problems and questions. But I don't know if you are noticing one thing. Since publishing this ANN thread, he posted a couple of replies, but they have not received any response.
On the other hand, Betkin campaign manager through whom the signature campaign was run has already changed the date of the campaign. I could not understand the next step or what it will be like. It seemed good to observe their progress at first.

If you don't use bots, there is no support that is 24/7 by a single person. Human needs to rest and recharge energy so if you use human for customer support, community management, and want to have it lively and accessible 24/7, you must hire different people with different work shifts for it.

It is doable but more expensive and in business operation, with cost and benefit analysis, maybe it doesn't worth to do. Except if your business is too big and your customer base is too big that actually need 24/7 support.

Yes, the support at bitcointalk and at the site should be established. Those who query on bitcointalk or complain should be addressed properly. Since BETKIN is now being reviewed by BTCGOSU we can know have clear information about the site, wich is quite good, because we all know the sriusness of BTCGOSU in this matters. So far, your reviews has been among the best and most reliable to work with. I have read through your review and all you have reviewed about the casino seems accurate because I also noticed some as it relates to their website online customer support and members have been commenting on it which I think the casino ought to look into with utmost urgency because that aspect of the casino is very important if they want to retain customers.
